Technical Features

• Crafted from carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) recognized for its strength and lightness, the GTC Series airfoils are constructed using pre-impregnated woven carbon fibers to ensure a sturdy yet lightweight structure. The production process incorporates advanced techniques such as pre-impregnated composite production, high-temperature autoclaving, vacuum bagging, and premium aluminum billet molds, all of which contribute to the exceptional performance of these airfoils.
• The use of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) in the GTC Series airfoils has established their reputation for strength and lightweight design. These airfoils display a complex layout of pre-impregnated carbon fibers that delicately balance durability with low weight. To ensure superior performance, advanced manufacturing techniques like high-temperature autoclaving, pre-impregnated composite production, vacuum bagging, and premium aluminum billet molds are employed.
  • The use of 10mm 6061 billet aluminum pedestals reinforced with carbon fiber composites enhances the durability and stability of the GTC Series airfoils. These pedestals are coated with matte black powder to protect and ensure a secure connection for the carbon fiber airfoil. Despite their strength, these pedestals are lightweight and form an indispensable and reliable component of the GTC Series airfoils.
