Features

The GT Series wings incorporate an all-new, aerodynamic 2D airfoil shape designed to minimize drag. This innovative “2D” design ensures a consistent level of downforce across the entire span of the wing. To validate its aerodynamic performance, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis was conducted on this wing.
Each airfoil in the GT Series is crafted from lightweight and durable carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials. These airfoils feature pre-pregnated woven carbon fiber sheets, which offer exceptional strength while maintaining a low weight. The manufacturing process for all CFRP airfoils involves utilizing pre-pregnated composite manufacturing techniques, such as high-temperature autoclave and vacuum bagging, in high-quality aluminum billet molds to ensure optimal quality.
The stainless–steel fasteners that come with the product make it simple to change the positioning of the side plates.
The 6061 “aircraft grade“ billet aluminum pedestals, used to support the 10mm airfoils, are given a flat black powder coating finish.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance.
