• The GT Series wings incorporate a newly designed, aerodynamic 2D airfoil shape that minimizes drag. This innovative design ensures a consistent level of downforce throughout the wing’s entire span. To validate the aerodynamic performance, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis was conducted on this wing.
• Each airfoil in the GT Series is constructed using lightweight and durable carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials. These airfoils utilize pre-pregnated woven carbon fiber sheets, which offer exceptional strength while keeping the weight to a minimum. The manufacturing process involves utilizing high-quality aluminum billet molds and employing pre-pregnated composite techniques, such as high-temperature autoclave and vacuum bagging, to ensure the optimal quality of the CFRP airfoils.
