APR Hood Vents are designed for just this purpose – they efficiently direct outbuilt-up heat from the area. These vents use pre-impregnated carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite construction materials, making them lightweight yet sturdy simultaneously! Not only do these hood vents provide a practical solution, but they also add an aesthetic touch as well!

The APR Hood Vents have outstanding qualities due to their carbon fiber construction which is formed in the autoclave at high temperatures using a pre–impregnated material. This results in a solid and lightweight component. In addition, these air ducts are covered with UV resistant clear coat paint that shields them from various weather conditions. To preserve this protective layer, it‘s suggested you treat your vents similarly to how you would take care of your car’s exterior – by waxing or coating them with a quality synthetic protector!

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse.
