To achieve optimal exhaust flow, the AMS Engineering team utilized Solidworks, a 3D software, to meticulously design the inlet and outlets of the AMS MKV Supra Downpipe. Heavy-gauge stainless steel was employed to maximize heat retention within the downpipe. The Engineers at AMS even utilized 3D printing technology to ensure a precise fit that matches OEM standards. The inclusion of threaded O2 sensor bungs allows for the use of factory O2 sensors. Unlike some alternative options in the market, AMS downpipes outperform them and are not susceptible to cracking. In addition to enhanced performance, AMS’ Engineering Team has also crafted a product that produces a superior sound quality.
