Is the Advan Racing RZII Racing Gloss Black sold as a single wheel or a set?

The Advan Racing RZII Racing Gloss Black in the 17-inch, 7.5-inch wide, 4-100, +38 size is sold as a single wheel, and the listed price covers one. A full set takes four, or two of this size and two of another for a staggered fitment. Each wheel comes with an RZII logo sticker, while lug nuts, hub-centric rings, TPMS sensors and tires are bought separately.

What is the Ring on the RZII Racing Gloss Black and Ring finish?

The Ring is a diamond-cut band on the rim flange. The face and spokes are finished in Racing Gloss Black, and the flange is machined back to bright aluminum after painting, so the wheel has a clean metal border. Every RZII color except Racing Bronze carries this ring, and Yokohama treats it as a defining feature of the design.

Which face profile does the 17-inch, 7.5-inch wide, +38 RZII use?

The 17-inch, 7.5-inch wide, +38 RZII uses the GTR face, which dishes the spokes deeper than the Standard profile. Yokohama assigns the face by size rather than offering it as a choice. The deepest Super GTR face is offered only on certain 18-inch sizes, which Yokohama aimed at sport driving.

Does the RZII in 4-100 need hub-centric rings?

On many cars, yes. The 4-100 versions of the RZII have a 63mm center bore, which is larger than the hub on many 4-100 vehicles. Hub-centric rings sized to the hub center the wheel so the lug nuts are not doing that job alone. Rings are bought separately, and a vehicle with a 63mm hub can mount the wheel without them.

How many spokes does the Advan RZII have?

The Advan RZII has ten spokes. Yokohama describes the design as a crossover between a twin five-spoke wheel and an evenly spaced ten-spoke wheel, so the spokes read as five pairs from one angle and as ten from another. The wide side of each pair carries the advanced side cut, and the narrow side is stepped for strength.

Description

Advan Racing RZII Racing Gloss Black & Ring Wheel (17×7.5 4-100 +38)

The RZII Racing Gloss Black in 17×7.5 4-100 +38 is the widest four-lug RZII on BA, and Yokohama gives this size the GTR face, a deeper concave than the 7-inch Standard sizes. A +38 inset brings the face out a little further, which suits a Miata or similar four-lug car on a slightly wider 17-inch tire. Racing Gloss Black and a diamond-cut flange ring finish it.

Features

Crossover design that blends a twin five-spoke layout with an even ten-spoke pattern
Advanced side cuts scoop both spokes where each twin pair opens out, a detail Yokohama first used on the RZII
Stepped profile on the narrow side of each twin pair keeps the spokes slim without giving up strength
Racing Gloss Black finish with a diamond-cut ring on the rim flange
GTR face, assigned by Yokohama for this 17×7.5 size
Capless face design; an ADVAN Racing center cap is sold separately
RZII logo sticker included, made to fit the center area between the spokes

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
