This SOUL Performance 982 valved exhaust dual wall tips system delivers a true “PSE Plus” sound profile for the Porsche 718 Boxster and Cayman, staying refined with the valves closed and turning more aggressive under load when opened. Built from mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel with 2.5-inch OD over-axle piping, it features fortified muffler casings and high-quality sound-deadening packing for long-term durability and effective drone control. When paired with an upgraded downpipe or catalyst, it adds a pronounced snarl and crackle without drone, with Sport mode further increasing crackles and burbles. A valve controller is included with every system, required for non-PSE cars and optional for PSE-equipped cars, which retain full factory functionality through the vacuum lines while gaining full-time manual override; operation is available through the factory PSE button, included fobs, or HomeLink.

Sound

SOUL Performance constructs each system from mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel tubing, including 2.5-inch OD over-axle piping, and equips it with mufflers featuring fortified casings to promote long-term durability. With the valves closed, exhaust gases are routed into the SOUL muffler, which is packed with high-quality sound-deadening material engineered to withstand sustained abuse without blowing out over time. The mufflers are highly effective at minimizing drone, allowing exhaust gases to pass through the muffler and exit through perforations into the outer piping. With the valves open, exhaust gases are free to flow out through large 2.5-inch piping, while the perforations allow the exhaust to interact with the muffler to encourage a fuller, more robust tone.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
