Will this set fit a four cylinder Accord?

No. This is a set of six for the V6 engines Injector Dynamics lists: the 2003 to 2007 Accord, the 2002 to 2004 Odyssey and the 2001 to 2003 Acura CL and TL. Four cylinder Hondas take sets of four, in configurations listed separately.

What is the F20 lower?

It is the lower configuration Injector Dynamics uses on the S2000 F20 engine, and it is also specified for these Honda and Acura V6 engines. Together with the red 11mm top on a 48mm body, it lets the injectors fit the factory positions.

Can the ID1050-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors handle E85 on a boosted V6?

Yes. The ID1050-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors are rated for all known fuels and use corrosion resistant internals intended for long term ethanol use. With E85 needing more fuel volume than gasoline, the extra capacity is useful on a boosted V6, provided the pump and calibration are sized to match.

Can I fit these to the V6 and keep my current tune?

No. A calibration written for the old injectors will deliver the wrong amount of fuel with these fitted, at idle as well as under load. Your tuner needs to load the Injector Dynamics characterization data for the ID1050-XDS, covering flow, offset and short pulse behavior, before the V6 is driven hard.

What does the warranty cover on this F20 set?

Manufacturer defects, for one year from the date of purchase, provided the injectors have run the correct fuel with proper filtration. Because the six F20 injectors are flow matched as a set, a single replacement comes through Injector Dynamics, which also offers a cleaning, inspection and flow test service in Arizona.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors with 11mm Top and F20 Lower, Set of 6

Injector Dynamics’ ID1050-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors in this set of six combine a red 11mm top with the F20 lower configuration, the setup Injector Dynamics lists for the Honda V6 in the 2003-2007 Accord, the 2002-2004 Odyssey and the 2001-2003 Acura CL and TL. On a naturally aspirated Honda V6 this is far more fuel than needed. The set suits a turbocharged or supercharged J-series build, or one moving to E85, where 1065cc/min per injector and a 10 bar limit give the calibration room to work.

Configuration

The part number reads as family 1050, a 48mm body, an 11mm top, the F20 lower and six injectors. The F20 lower is the S2000-style lower configuration; the four-cylinder S2000 itself is listed for a separate set of four.

Built with Bosch Motorsport, with corrosion-resistant internals
Rated for every known fuel, including E85 and methanol
About five percent more flow than the ID1000 with low-flow control kept
Six injectors flow matched as a set

Specifications

Nominal flow: 1065cc/min at 3.0 bar (43.5 psi), gasoline at 52C (125F)
Maximum differential fuel pressure: 10.0 bar (145 psi)
Fuel compatibility: All known fuels
Electrical connector: USCAR
Body length: 48mm
Top: 11mm adapter (red)
Lower: F20 configuration

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
