Will these fit an LS1 or LS2?

No. Injector Dynamics lists the 34mm length with a 15mm lower O-ring for the LS3, LS7, L76, L92, L99, LSA and LS9 family. The LS1 and LS6 use a 60mm configuration, and the LS2 uses a 48mm body with a 15mm lower O-ring, so the engine code decides the part number.

Are the ID2600-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors plug and play on an LS3?

Yes, mechanically, since the ID2600-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors match the length and seals Injector Dynamics specifies for the LS3. Electrically they use USCAR connectors. If your engine wiring has a different plug, an Injector Dynamics plug and play adapter is needed, sold separately.

Is a 2600cc injector too much for a supercharged LSA?

No, not for a heavily modified one on E85 or methanol, where fuel demand rises sharply. On a stock pulley LSA or a mild upgrade on gasoline, it is far more than needed and the 1300 or 1750 class makes more sense. Choose the injector for the fuel and power you will actually run.

How will my tuner set these up?

Your tuner enters the Injector Dynamics characterization data for the 2600, which includes flow, a 605 microsecond offset at 43.5 psi and 12 volts, and the short pulse behavior. GM calibrations have dedicated tables for this data, and the published values give an accurate starting point.

Can these injectors handle race fuel?

Yes, many race fuels are fine, but check the data sheet. The 2600 carries an Injector Dynamics rating for methanol, ethanol and all known hydrocarbon fuels, while ethers such as MTBE, ETBE or TAME, and nitromethane, fall outside it. Choose a race fuel without ether oxygenates to stay within the rating.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID2600-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors with 14mm Top and 15mm Lower O-Rings, Set of 8

Injector Dynamics’ ID2600-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors in a set of eight are the configuration Injector Dynamics lists for the LS3, LS7, LSA and LS9 family, from the C6 Corvette and fifth-generation Camaro to the CTS-V, Pontiac G8 and Holden Commodore. This is the injector for a supercharged or turbocharged LS running E85 or methanol at a power level where smaller injectors run short. A cammed LS3 on pump gasoline, or a stock-pulley LSA, will use only a fraction of the flow. The 34mm body seals with a 14mm top O-ring and an orange 15mm lower O-ring.

Configuration

This is the short 34mm body with no top adapter, a 14mm top O-ring and a 15mm lower O-ring, the seal sizes Injector Dynamics specifies for the factory rails and bores of the GM engines listed below.

Features

Developed with Bosch Motorsport for liquid fuels, with corrosion-resistant internals
Highest flow rate of any injector Bosch offers, about 50 percent more than the ID1700x
Rated to 9.0 bar differential pressure for high base pressure under boost

Specifications

Nominal flow: 2600cc/min
Maximum differential fuel pressure: 9.0 bar (130.5 psi)
Minimum voltage: 11 volts
Fuel compatibility: Methanol, ethanol, all known hydrocarbons; not ethers or nitromethane
Electrical connector: USCAR
Body length: 34mm
Top: 14mm O-ring, no top adapter
Lower: 15mm O-ring (orange)

What’s Included

ID2600-XDS fuel injectors with 14mm top and 15mm lower O-rings (x8)

Applications

Injector Dynamics lists the ID2600-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors in this configuration for:

Cadillac CTS-V: 2009-2014 | LSA
Chevrolet Camaro: 2010-2015 | LS3, and Camaro ZL1 | LSA
Chevrolet Corvette: C6 | including Z06 LS7 and ZR1 LS9
Chevrolet LS-series engines: LS3, LS7, L76, L92 and L99
Holden Commodore: W427 and E-HSV
Pontiac G8: GT and GXP

Notes

No connector adapters come with the USCAR plugs; a Denso-plug engine pairs with the Injector Dynamics USCAR to Denso PnP Adapter, and EV1 or OBD2 wiring needs the matching Injector Dynamics adapter
An ECU recalibration is required after fitting, using the Injector Dynamics characterization data

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
