Do the ID2600-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors in this set fit an R34 GT-R?

Yes, in its 14mm top form. Injector Dynamics lists the ID2600-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors with a 14mm top and Denso lower cushion, set of six, for the R32, R33 and R34 Skyline GT-R where the rail takes a 14mm top. The USCAR plugs may need Denso adapters.

Which Toyota trucks take this set?

Injector Dynamics lists the FJ Cruiser, 4Runner and Tundra for this six injector set with a 14mm top and Denso lower cushion. Check the injector count on your engine before ordering, and plan a fuel pump and calibration to suit the power you are building for.

Will methanol damage these GT-R injectors?

No. Injector Dynamics and Bosch Motorsport built the ID2600-XDS with corrosion resistant internals for long term ethanol and methanol use, which suits a methanol Skyline GT-R. Keep filtration in good order, as the warranty depends on clean fuel, and avoid ethers and nitromethane.

Does a GT-R or Toyota truck need a custom calibration?

Yes. Whether the vehicle is a Skyline GT-R or a Toyota truck, the calibration has to use the Injector Dynamics characterization data for the 2600, covering flow, offset and the short pulse range. Without it, idle and part throttle fueling will be off.

How are these six injectors matched?

Injector Dynamics flow matches the six using Dual Slope Matching, which compares them in both the linear and the short pulse range. On a six cylinder that keeps every cylinder fueled alike from idle to full boost. Replacements come through Injector Dynamics under its one year defect warranty.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID2600-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors with 14mm Top and Denso Lower Cushion, Set of 6

Injector Dynamics’ ID2600-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors with purple 14mm top adapters and Denso lower cushions, six to a set, are what Injector Dynamics lists for the 14mm-top R32, R33 and R34 Skyline GT-R and for the Toyota FJ Cruiser, 4Runner and Tundra. On a GT-R, six injectors at 2600cc/min nominal belong on a big single or twin turbo setup running methanol or E85. For a Toyota truck the set suits a supercharged or turbocharged build on alcohol; on a stock truck it is far more injector than the engine can use.

Configuration

The Denso lower cushion matches the seal those engines were designed around, and the 14mm top fits the GT-R rails listed in 14mm form. Check the top seal on your current injectors before ordering.

Highest-flowing injector Bosch offers, developed jointly with Injector Dynamics
Rated to 9 bar differential fuel pressure
Corrosion-resistant construction for alcohol fuels over the long term
Set matched with Dual Slope Matching, so balance holds down into the non-linear range

Specifications

Notes

The connector is USCAR; plug-and-play adapters for Denso, EV1 and Honda wiring are separate parts, with the Denso version listed as the Injector Dynamics USCAR to Denso PnP Adapter
Denso lower cushions are fitted to suit engines designed for Denso injectors
An ECU recalibration is required after fitting, using the Injector Dynamics characterization data
The ID2600-XDS needs at least 11 volts to operate

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
