Is there a vehicle list for this six-injector set?

No. Injector Dynamics does not publish one for the 34mm set of six with a 15mm lower O-ring. It is meant for engines or custom manifolds already built for that seal combination. Compare the body length, top seal and lower bore with your current injectors, and contact our team if anything is unclear.

Can I use these on an engine that takes a 14mm lower O-ring?

No. The 15mm lower O-ring is sized for a 15mm bore and is not a substitute for the 14mm seal. If your manifold takes the 14mm lower, choose the 34mm set of six with 14mm top and lower O-rings instead, which uses the same ID1300-XDS injector and flow rating.

How do the ID1300-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors behave on pump gasoline?

Well, once tuned. The ID1300-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors were designed for alternative fuels, but Injector Dynamics kept the minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline, so idle and cruise stay clean. The trade-off is that a six cylinder engine on gasoline at modest power uses only a small part of the 1335cc per minute available.

Is the calibration affected by the injector change?

Yes, entirely. The engine management meters fuel from injector flow, offset and short pulse data, and all three change with this set. Injector Dynamics publishes characterization data for the ID1300-XDS, and the tuner builds the fuel model on it before working on boost, fuel blend or timing.

Do I have to cut my wiring to install these?

No. Injector Dynamics offers plug and play adapters that go between its USCAR connector and factory Denso, EV1 or Honda OBD2 plugs, so no cutting is needed. The adapters are not included with this set. If your wiring already uses USCAR plugs, the injectors connect directly.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID1300-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors with 14mm Top and 15mm Lower O-Rings, Set of 6

Injector Dynamics’ ID1300-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors here form a set of six with a 14mm top O-ring and an orange 15mm lower O-ring, a combination for six-cylinder engines whose manifold and rail were built around the short 34mm body. No vehicle list is published by Injector Dynamics for this configuration, so this is a builder’s part, and the bore sizes should already be known. Rated at 1335cc/min and designed for alternative fuels, the set belongs on a boosted or ethanol six. Gasoline idle stays clean thanks to the low minimum fuel mass, but a naturally aspirated six on pump fuel will not use the flow.

Configuration

The 34mm body has no top adapter; the 14mm top O-ring seals directly in the rail. The 15mm lower seal is one size up from the more common 14mm lower O-ring, and the two are not interchangeable.

Features

Compatible with all known fuels, with a design aimed at ethanol and methanol
All-stainless internal construction, a first among performance injectors when the 1300 was introduced
Flow matched as a set of six, with characterization data for the calibration

Specifications

Nominal flow: 1335cc/min at 3.0 bar (43.5 psi), iso-octane at 52C (125F)
Maximum differential fuel pressure: 7.0 bar (101.5 psi)
Fuel compatibility: All known fuels; designed specifically for alternative fuels
Electrical connector: USCAR
Body length: 34mm
Top: 14mm O-ring, no adapter
Lower: 15mm O-ring (orange)

What’s Included

ID1300-XDS fuel injectors with 14mm top and 15mm lower O-rings (x6)

Applications

Injector Dynamics does not publish a vehicle list for this configuration; it fits fuel systems built for a 34mm injector with a 14mm top O-ring and a 15mm lower O-ring.

Notes

Plug-and-play adapters are not part of this set; USCAR wiring connects directly, and Denso wiring takes the Injector Dynamics USCAR to Denso PnP Adapter
An ECU recalibration is required after fitting, using the Injector Dynamics characterization data

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
