Is there a vehicle list for this six piece set?

No. Injector Dynamics does not publish a vehicle list for the 34mm, 15mm lower O-ring configuration as a set of six. It is intended for fuel systems built around that injector length and seal size. Measure the existing injector or bore, or send us the details, before ordering.

What does the orange 15mm lower O-ring mean for fitment?

It sets the lower bore size. The 15mm lower O-ring seals in a 15mm injector bore, the size Injector Dynamics uses for the GM LS3 family in its own fitment list. A 14mm bore needs the 14mm lower O-ring version of the same injector instead.

Do the ID2600-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors need a minimum voltage?

Yes. Injector Dynamics specifies a minimum of 11 volts for the ID2600-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors and every other 2600 configuration. Check supply voltage at the injectors under load, and have the tuner apply the published battery voltage offset data so pulse widths stay accurate.

Can I run E85 full time?

Yes. Injector Dynamics developed the 2600 with Bosch Motorsport for liquid fuels and rates it for long term use on ethanol and methanol. E85 needs roughly a third more fuel volume than gasoline for the same power, so size the pump and lines to match the injectors.

What does my tuner need?

The tuner needs the Injector Dynamics characterization data for the 2600, which covers flow rate, a 605 microsecond offset at 43.5 psi and 12 volts, and short pulse adders. With that data loaded and the fuel pressure confirmed, the ECU can fuel accurately from idle to full load.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID2600-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors with 14mm Top and 15mm Lower O-Rings, Set of 6

With six injectors in the short 34mm length, this set of Injector Dynamics’ ID2600-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors uses a 14mm top O-ring and an orange 15mm lower O-ring, the same seals Injector Dynamics specifies for GM LS3-family V8s, here in a count of six. Injector Dynamics publishes no vehicle list for a six-piece set of this configuration, so it fits custom six-cylinder fuel systems built around this length and these seals. Each injector flows 2600cc/min, enough for a large-turbo six on E85 or methanol. A gasoline six at moderate power would run them at very short pulses at idle.

Choosing This Configuration

Count, length and seals all have to match. This set suits a six-cylinder fuel system with 34mm injector pockets, a 14mm top O-ring and a 15mm lower bore. If your rail and bores match but you need eight, the same ID2600-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors are offered in a set of eight.

Features

Roughly half again the flow of the ID1700x, and the largest injector Bosch supplies
Corrosion-resistant internals from a design developed with Bosch Motorsport
Full characterization data from Injector Dynamics for the calibration

Specifications

Nominal flow: 2600cc/min
Maximum differential fuel pressure: 9.0 bar (130.5 psi)
Minimum voltage: 11 volts
Fuel compatibility: Methanol, ethanol, all known hydrocarbons; not ethers or nitromethane
Electrical connector: USCAR
Body length: 34mm
Top: 14mm O-ring, no top adapter
Lower: 15mm O-ring (orange)

What’s Included

ID2600-XDS fuel injectors with 14mm top and 15mm lower O-rings (x6)

Applications

Injector Dynamics does not publish a vehicle list for this configuration; it fits fuel systems built for a 34mm injector with a 14mm top O-ring and a 15mm lower O-ring.

Notes

Electrical connection is USCAR; Injector Dynamics makes adapters for EV1, OBD2 Honda and 2012+ Honda plugs, sold separately, and Denso-wired engines use the Injector Dynamics USCAR to Denso PnP Adapter
Uses an orange 15mm lower O-ring; a 14mm lower bore needs the 14mm O-ring version
Recalibration of the engine management is mandatory, working from the Injector Dynamics data for the ID2600-XDS

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
