Will the ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors fit a 1998 Viper?

No. Injector Dynamics lists the ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors with the 14mm lower O-ring for the 2003 through 2007 Viper and the 2004 through 2006 Ram SRT-10. The 1996 through 2002 Viper is listed with a blue bottom adapter instead, and later Vipers use a 48mm body.

Does the Ram SRT-10 use the same injectors as the Viper?

Yes. Injector Dynamics lists this configuration for both the 2004 through 2006 Ram SRT-10 and the 2003 through 2007 Viper, which share the V10 and its 60mm, 14mm top and 14mm lower injector dimensions. The set of ten covers every cylinder in either vehicle.

Can a Viper run flex fuel with this set?

Yes. The 1750 handles gasoline, ethanol blends up to E85, methanol, MTBE and nitromethane. Flex fuel on a Viper or Ram SRT-10 also needs an ethanol content sensor and a calibration that blends between fuels, which the tuner builds around the Injector Dynamics data for the ten injectors.

How do I choose between the 1300 and the 1750 for a boosted V10?

By fuel demand. The ID1300-XDS flows about 1335cc per minute and was designed for alternative fuels; the ID1750-XDS flows 1728cc per minute. Both are rated to 7 bar. A twin turbo Viper on E85 with a high power target is where the extra flow of the 1750 makes more sense.

Are all ten injectors matched?

Yes. Injector Dynamics flow matches the ten so every cylinder of the V10 receives the same fuel at the same pulse width. Manufacturer defects are covered for one year from purchase when the injectors run correct fuel with proper filtration, and a single replacement comes from Injector Dynamics to keep the match.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors with 14mm Top and 14mm Lower O-Ring, Set of 10

Injector Dynamics’ ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors in a set of ten, with a purple 14mm top adapter and a 14mm lower O-ring, are listed by Injector Dynamics for the 2003-2007 Dodge Viper and the 2004-2006 Ram SRT-10. Ten injectors at 1728cc/min each give a twin-turbo or supercharged V10 a very large fuel supply, with room for E85. An unmodified Viper or SRT-10 is nowhere near needing them. This is a set for the forced-induction V10 whose fuel system is being rebuilt from the tank forward.

Configuration

The 60mm body with a purple 14mm top and a 14mm lower O-ring matches these two V10 applications. Earlier and later Vipers are listed by Injector Dynamics under different configurations, so check the model year before ordering.

Features

Ten injectors, one for each cylinder of the V10
Better cylinder-to-cylinder balance at low pulsewidths for steadier idle and light cruise
Flow matched as a set, with characterization data published for the tuner

Specifications

Nominal flow: 1728cc/min at 3.0 bar (43.5 psi), E10 certification fuel at 49C (120F)
Maximum differential fuel pressure: 7.0 bar (101.5 psi)
Offset: 1169 microseconds at 43.5 psi and 12 volts
Electrical connector: USCAR
Body length: 60mm
Top: 14mm adapter (purple)
Lower: 14mm O-ring

What’s Included

ID1750-XDS fuel injectors with purple 14mm top adapters and 14mm lower O-rings (x10)

Applications

Injector Dynamics lists the ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors in this configuration for:

Dodge Ram SRT-10: 2004-2006
Dodge Viper: 2003-2007

Notes

For the 2003-2007 Viper and 2004-2006 Ram SRT-10; other Viper generations take different configurations
The injectors use USCAR plugs, so engines with Denso, EV1 or Honda OBD2 connectors need plug-and-play adapters, which are not included; the Injector Dynamics USCAR to Denso PnP Adapter covers Denso wiring
Plan a tune alongside the install, since the calibration needs the published Injector Dynamics flow and offset data

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
