Are the ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors matched as a set of ten?

Yes. The ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors in this set are flow matched as a group of ten. If one fails, Injector Dynamics supplies the replacement to keep the match, under a one year warranty against manufacturer defects that requires correct fuel and proper filtration.

What fuels can these injectors run?

Injector Dynamics rates the 1750 for methanol, ethanol, MTBE, nitromethane and all known hydrocarbon fuels. That covers pump gasoline, E85 and race fuels. Ethanol and methanol need more fuel volume than gasoline for the same power, so the pump has to keep up with ten injectors.

What maximum fuel pressure can they handle?

Injector Dynamics rates the 1750 for a maximum differential fuel pressure of 7.0 bar, or 101.5 psi. Its nominal flow of 1728cc per minute is measured at 3.0 bar, so a higher base pressure raises flow, but the differential must stay at or below the 7.0 bar limit.

Yes. The engine management must be calibrated with the Injector Dynamics data for the 1750, including flow rate, the 1169 microsecond offset at 43.5 psi and 12 volts, and the short pulse values. Without that calibration, fueling at idle, cruise and full load will all be wrong.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors with 14mm Top and 14mm Lower O-Ring, Set of 10

Injector Dynamics’ ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors come ten to a set here, each with a grey 14mm top adapter and a 14mm lower O-ring, for a fuel system that needs ten 48mm injectors. Injector Dynamics does not publish a vehicle list for this exact configuration, so it is for builders who already know their rail and intake take a 48mm injector with 14mm seals. At 1728cc/min per injector, ten of them add up to a very large fuel budget meant for a boosted or ethanol engine; a naturally aspirated engine on gasoline will not need it.

Configuration

Each 48mm injector has a grey 14mm top adapter and seals at the bottom on a 14mm O-ring. Measure the injectors you are replacing, including both seal sizes, since Injector Dynamics gives no application list for this part number.

Features

Ten 48mm injectors with grey 14mm top adapters and 14mm lower O-rings
Each flows 1728cc/min at 3.0 bar on E10 certification fuel
Rated for ethanol, methanol, MTBE and nitromethane as well as gasoline
Improved pressure sensitivity over the ID1700

Specifications

Nominal flow: 1728cc/min at 3.0 bar (43.5 psi), E10 certification fuel at 49C (120F)
Maximum differential fuel pressure: 7.0 bar (101.5 psi)
Offset at 43.5 psi: 1169 microseconds at 12 volts
Electrical connector: USCAR
Body length: 48mm
Top: 14mm adapter (grey)
Lower: 14mm O-ring

What’s Included

ID1750-XDS fuel injectors with 14mm top adapters fitted (x10)

Applications

Injector Dynamics does not publish a vehicle list for this configuration; it fits fuel systems built for a 48mm injector with a 14mm top and a 14mm lower O-ring.

Notes

USCAR plugs are fitted and adapters are extra; Denso wiring takes the Injector Dynamics USCAR to Denso PnP Adapter
No vehicle list is published for the ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors in this ten-injector configuration; confirm body length and seal sizes against your current injectors
The engine must be recalibrated with the Injector Dynamics characterization data

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
