Are the ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors with a 15mm lower right for an LS2?

No. Injector Dynamics lists the LS2 with a 48mm body and a 15mm lower O-ring. The ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors in this set share the 15mm lower seal but use the longer 60mm body, so they suit engines or custom manifolds built for that length.

How do I check the lower O-ring size?

Remove one of your current injectors and measure the lower O-ring, or check the bore in the manifold or injector boss. A 15mm lower seal is larger than the 14mm seal used on most 60mm applications, and it is easy to tell apart once the injector is out. Measure the body length at the same time.

Can I fit these and keep the existing V8 calibration?

No. Eight injectors at 1728cc per minute flow far more than the injectors your calibration was written for, so the engine would run very rich. The tuner needs the Injector Dynamics characterization data for offset and short pulse fueling, entered before the first start with the 15mm lower set installed.

How do I choose between the 1050 and 1750 for this V8?

By fuel demand. The ID1050-XDS flows 1065cc per minute and handles up to 10 bar, which suits gasoline builds. The ID1750-XDS flows 1728cc per minute with a 7 bar limit and is the better pick when E85 or heavy boost pushes the V8 past the 1050. Check that any 1050 configuration matches the 15mm lower bore.

How long is the warranty on this 15mm lower set?

One year from purchase against manufacturer defects, provided the eight injectors run correct fuel with proper filtration. They are flow matched, so any single replacement is supplied by Injector Dynamics, which also offers a cleaning, inspection and flow test service in Arizona.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors with 14mm Top and 15mm Lower O-Ring, Set of 8

Injector Dynamics’ ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors in this set of eight combine a purple 14mm top adapter with an orange 15mm lower O-ring, a pairing Injector Dynamics does not tie to a vehicle. It suits eight-cylinder builds with a rail that takes a 60mm injector and a manifold bored for the larger 15mm lower seal. Each injector flows 1728cc/min at 3.0 bar, sized for boost and E85. If your engine takes a 14mm lower seal, the more widely listed 14mm version is the one to order instead.

Configuration

Injector Dynamics lists the LS2 with a 15mm lower O-ring on a 48mm body. This set keeps the 15mm lower seal on the longer 60mm body, so measure both before ordering.

Features

Orange 15mm lower O-rings with purple 14mm top adapters
Successor to the ID1700, adding dynamic flow with no increase in minimum fuel mass
Better cylinder-to-cylinder balance at low pulsewidths for steadier idle and light cruise

Specifications

Nominal flow: 1728cc/min at 3.0 bar (43.5 psi), E10 certification fuel at 49C (120F)
Maximum differential fuel pressure: 7.0 bar (101.5 psi)
Offset: 1169 microseconds at 43.5 psi and 12 volts
Electrical connector: USCAR
Body length: 60mm
Top: 14mm adapter (purple)
Lower: 15mm O-ring (orange)

What’s Included

ID1750-XDS fuel injectors with purple 14mm top adapters and orange 15mm lower O-rings (x8)

Applications

Injector Dynamics does not publish a vehicle list for this configuration; it fits fuel systems built for a 60mm injector with 14mm top and 15mm lower O-ring.

Notes

The ID1750-XDS 60mm Fuel Injectors in this configuration have no published vehicle list; confirm the 60mm length and 15mm lower bore before ordering
Wiring with Denso, EV1, OBD2 Honda or 2012 and later Honda plugs needs an Injector Dynamics plug-and-play adapter to suit the USCAR connectors; for Denso plugs use the Injector Dynamics USCAR to Denso PnP Adapter
An ECU recalibration is required after fitting, using the Injector Dynamics characterization data

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
