Will these fit a Hellcat Charger or Challenger?

Yes. Injector Dynamics lists this eight injector configuration for the supercharged 6.2 liter HEMI used in the Hellcat, Demon and Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. It is also listed for the 2007 to 2014 Shelby GT500, the E90, E92 and E93 M3 and the Nissan Titan.

Should I pick the ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors or the ID1050-XDS for my GT500?

Pick by fuel and power. The ID1050-XDS flows 1065cc per minute and handles up to 10 bar, which suits many gasoline builds. The ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors flow 1728cc per minute and are better matched to E85 or a much larger supercharger.

Do these injectors idle well on gasoline?

Yes, with a correct calibration. The 1750 added dynamic flow over the ID1700 without increasing minimum fuel mass, and it has better cylinder to cylinder balance at low pulsewidths. That is what keeps a large injector controllable at idle and light throttle on pump gasoline.

Yes. Eight 1728cc per minute injectors deliver much more fuel per pulse than the factory parts, and the ECU must be given the Injector Dynamics flow, offset and short pulse data. Your tuner loads it before the car sees boost, otherwise fueling will be wrong everywhere.

What is covered by the warranty?

Manufacturer defects, for one year from purchase, provided the injectors run correct fuel through proper filtration. Injector Dynamics flow matches all eight, so it handles single replacements itself. It also offers a cleaning, inspection and flow test service in Arizona for injectors that need checking later.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors with 14mm Top and 14mm Lower O-Ring, Set of 8

Injector Dynamics’ ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors in this eight-injector set carry grey 14mm top adapters and 14mm lower O-rings, the V8 configuration Injector Dynamics lists for the supercharged HEMI in the Hellcat, Demon and Trackhawk, the 2007-2014 Shelby GT500, the E90, E92 and E93 M3 and the Nissan Titan. Every one of them is rated at 1728cc/min at 3.0 bar. That suits a pulley-and-E85 Hellcat or a GT500 with a larger supercharger; a factory-boost V8 on pump gas has no need for this much.

Configuration

Eight 48mm injectors, each with a grey 14mm top adapter and a 14mm lower O-ring, form one set for one V8. The same configuration is offered in the ID1050-XDS and ID1300-XDS flow classes for less demanding builds.

Features

Eight 48mm injectors with grey 14mm top adapters and 14mm lower O-rings
Low-pulsewidth balance between cylinders improved over the ID1700
Rated for E85, methanol, MTBE and nitromethane
Flow matched as an eight-injector set

Specifications

Nominal flow: 1728cc/min at 3.0 bar (43.5 psi), E10 certification fuel at 49C (120F)
Maximum differential fuel pressure: 7.0 bar (101.5 psi)
Offset at 43.5 psi: 1169 microseconds at 12 volts
Electrical connector: USCAR
Body length: 48mm
Top: 14mm adapter (grey)
Lower: 14mm O-ring

What’s Included

ID1750-XDS fuel injectors with 14mm top adapters fitted (x8)

Applications

Injector Dynamics lists the ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors in this configuration for:

BMW M3: E90 / E92 / E93 | 2007+
Dodge Hellcat, Demon and Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk: Supercharged 6.2L HEMI V8
Ford Mustang Shelby GT500: 2007-2014
Nissan Titan: 2004+

Notes

The set ships with USCAR plugs; an engine on Denso wiring needs the Injector Dynamics USCAR to Denso PnP Adapter, while EV1 and OBD2 adapters are available from Injector Dynamics
Recalibration with the Injector Dynamics characterization data is required before the engine sees boost

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. In short, prices may change without notice. It is always advised to give us a call prior to placing your order online to confirm availability and to confirm current pricing.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
