Will these fit an LS3 Camaro SS?

Yes. Injector Dynamics lists this configuration for the 2010 to 2015 Camaro with the LS3, along with the LS3, LS7, L76, L92 and L99 engines in general. Check that your factory injectors use a 14mm top seal and a 15mm lower seal before you order the set.

What does the orange lower O-ring do?

It seals the injector tip in the intake. On this set the lower O-ring is the 15mm size, and it is orange, which makes it easy to tell apart from a 14mm seal. The top O-ring is 14mm and seals directly in the fuel rail with no adapter needed.

Do the ID1750-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors suit a supercharged LSA on E85?

Yes. The ID1750-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors are rated for ethanol and all known hydrocarbon fuels at 1728cc per minute each, which gives an LSA on E85 a large margin over the factory injectors. The fuel pump and the calibration must also be sized for ethanol.

Can I keep my current tune after the swap?

No. Eight 1728cc per minute injectors deliver far more fuel per pulse than stock, and the ECU must be told their flow rate, offset and short pulse behavior. Injector Dynamics publishes that data for the 1750, and your tuner builds it into the calibration before the car is driven.

How are the eight injectors matched?

Injector Dynamics flow matches the injectors as a set of eight, which is why a replacement for a single failed injector is handled by Injector Dynamics. The warranty covers manufacturer defects for one year from purchase when the injectors run the correct fuel with proper filtration.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID1750-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors with 14mm Top and 15mm Lower O-Rings, Set of 8

Injector Dynamics’ ID1750-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors in this eight-piece set pair a 14mm top O-ring with the orange 15mm lower O-ring used in this GM V8 configuration. Injector Dynamics lists it for the LS3, LS7, LSA and LS9 families, covering cars from the C6 Corvette and fifth-generation Camaro to the CTS-V, Pontiac G8 and Holden Commodore. At 1728cc/min per injector this is a fuel system for a supercharged or turbocharged LS on E85, well beyond what a naturally aspirated LS3 on gasoline will ask for.

Configuration

The 34mm body carries no top adapter, so the 14mm top O-ring seals directly in the rail, while the larger 15mm lower O-ring seals in the intake. Eight injectors make one set for one V8.

Features

Eight 34mm injectors with a 14mm top O-ring and orange 15mm lower O-ring
Rated for ethanol, methanol, MTBE and nitromethane as well as gasoline
Tighter cylinder-to-cylinder balance at short pulsewidths
Offset of 1169 microseconds at 43.5 psi and 12 volts, published for tuning

Specifications

Nominal flow: 1728cc/min at 3.0 bar (43.5 psi), E10 certification fuel at 49C (120F)
Maximum differential fuel pressure: 7.0 bar (101.5 psi)
Offset at 43.5 psi: 1169 microseconds at 12 volts
Electrical connector: USCAR
Body length: 34mm
Top: 14mm O-ring, no adapter
Lower: 15mm O-ring (orange)

What’s Included

ID1750-XDS fuel injectors with 14mm top and 15mm lower O-rings fitted (x8)

Applications

Injector Dynamics lists the ID1750-XDS 34mm Fuel Injectors in this configuration for:

Cadillac CTS-V: 2009-2014 | LSA
Chevrolet: LS3, LS7, L76, L92 and L99 engines
Chevrolet Camaro: 2010-2015 | LS3; Camaro ZL1 | LSA
Chevrolet Corvette: C6; C6 Z06 | LS7; C6 ZR1 | LS9
Holden Commodore: W427 and E-HSV
Pontiac G8: GT and GXP

Notes

No connector adapters are included; USCAR wiring plugs straight in, and Denso wiring takes the Injector Dynamics USCAR to Denso PnP Adapter
The lower seal is a 15mm O-ring; engines that need a 14mm lower seal take a different part number
Fitting this set without a recalibration will leave fueling wrong; your tuner needs the Injector Dynamics characterization data

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
