Which four cylinder cars is this set listed for?

Injector Dynamics lists it for the 2002 to 2005 Civic Si, the 2006 to 2011 Civic, the 2006 to 2009 S2000, the Acura RSX and TSX, the Neon and Caliber SRT-4 and the 2000 to 2006 Sentra SE-R Spec V. Compare your factory injector length and seals before ordering.

Are the ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors too large for a street turbo Honda?

No, if E85 or high boost is planned. The ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors flow 1728cc per minute, and the 1750 kept the minimum fuel mass of the ID1700 while adding flow, so idle remains manageable. For a mild turbo setup on gasoline, the ID1300-XDS is the closer fit.

Do these use Honda connectors?

No. The injectors have USCAR connectors. Injector Dynamics makes plug and play adapters for Denso, EV1, OBD2 and 2012 and later Honda wiring, and the Denso version is stocked here. Check which plug your engine wiring uses before the injectors go in.

What tuning is needed after installation?

A full injector recalibration. Your tuner enters the Injector Dynamics characterization data for the 1750, covering flow rate, offset and short pulse adders, and then verifies idle, cruise and boost fueling. The factory calibration cannot meter a 1728cc per minute injector correctly on its own.

Can I order one replacement injector?

Yes, through Injector Dynamics. Each set of four is flow matched, so a single replacement is arranged directly with Injector Dynamics. The warranty runs one year from purchase against manufacturer defects, provided the injectors run the correct fuel with proper filtration. Cleaning and flow testing are offered in Arizona.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors with 14mm Top and 14mm Lower O-Ring, Set of 4

Injector Dynamics’ ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors in this four-cylinder set use the 48mm body with a grey 14mm top adapter and a 14mm lower O-ring, the configuration Injector Dynamics lists for Honda and Acura fours from the Civic, RSX, TSX and later S2000, for the Neon and Caliber SRT-4 and for the Sentra SE-R Spec V. Each injector is rated at 1728cc/min at 3.0 bar. That is a lot of fuel for a four-cylinder, so the set belongs on a big-turbo build or one running E85; a bolt-on engine on gasoline is better matched to a smaller Injector Dynamics flow class.

Configuration

The 48mm body takes a grey 14mm top adapter and seals at the bottom on a 14mm O-ring, a layout Injector Dynamics lists across several makes. Four injectors make one set for one four-cylinder engine.

Features

Four 48mm injectors with grey 14mm top adapters and 14mm lower O-rings
Same minimum fuel mass as the ID1700 despite higher dynamic flow
Improved pressure sensitivity compared with the ID1700
Compatible with E85, methanol and all known hydrocarbon fuels

Specifications

Nominal flow: 1728cc/min at 3.0 bar (43.5 psi), E10 certification fuel at 49C (120F)
Maximum differential fuel pressure: 7.0 bar (101.5 psi)
Offset at 43.5 psi: 1169 microseconds at 12 volts
Electrical connector: USCAR
Body length: 48mm
Top: 14mm adapter (grey)
Lower: 14mm O-ring

What’s Included

ID1750-XDS fuel injectors with 14mm top adapters fitted (x4)

Applications

Injector Dynamics lists the ID1750-XDS 48mm Fuel Injectors in this configuration for:

Acura RSX: 2002-2009
Acura TSX: 2004-2010
Dodge: Neon SRT-4 and Caliber SRT-4
Honda Civic: 2002-2005 Si; 2006-2011
Honda S2000: 2006-2009
Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V: 2000-2006

Notes

Connectors are USCAR; for Denso plugs use the Injector Dynamics USCAR to Denso PnP Adapter, and Injector Dynamics also makes EV1, OBD2 and 2012+ Honda adapters that we do not stock
The grey 14mm top adapters come fitted to the 48mm bodies
The ECU must be recalibrated with the Injector Dynamics characterization data after installation

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. In short, prices may change without notice. It is always advised to give us a call prior to placing your order online to confirm availability and to confirm current pricing.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
