RYFT’s wing caps for 992 Porsche 911 GT3 RS cars are what RYFT calls its enlarged wing blades, one of the added pieces at the rear of its RS package along with a more aggressive diffuser and a rear wheel aero disc. They work on the most famous wing Porsche has fitted to a road car: swan-neck mounted, with a fixed main plane and a hydraulically adjusted upper blade, and an upper edge that sits higher than the roof. We would fit them to an RS that already wears RYFT carbon lower down at the back.

Design

The 992 GT3 RS was the first production Porsche with a drag reduction system, flattening its wing elements at the push of a button within a set operating range. Porsche leaves parts of the rear wing in bare carbon on Weissach package cars and paints or finishes them on others. RYFT’s wing caps add 2×2 twill at the outer edges of that structure, enlarging the blades in a way that is easy to see from any following car.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule.
