How does HYPR Titanium differ from the RYFT HYPR Stainless Steel Race exhaust?

The two differ in material and layout. HYPR Titanium is 100% titanium with 3D printed titanium collectors and tips, a mandrel bent quad pipe layout and heat sinks. HYPR Stainless uses a single pipe stainless steel architecture with quad tips and is tuned by RYFT to limit cabin drone. The titanium system is the higher priced of the two.

Is the Performance Exhaust for Lamborghini Revuelto made in the USA?

Yes. RYFT states that the HYPR Performance Exhaust for Lamborghini Revuelto is designed, tested and manufactured in the USA, and that each system is handmade from 100% titanium by its team in its USA facility, including the 3D printed titanium collectors and tips.

Where do the exhaust tips sit on a Revuelto?

Lamborghini positioned the Revuelto exhaust tips high at the rear, between the taillights, and shaped the rear spoiler around them. The HYPR system ends in 3D printed titanium tips, so the outlets that sit in that prominent position are part of the RYFT system and are printed in the same metal as the rest of it.

What does RYFT say HYPR does to the sound of the V12?

RYFT describes HYPR Titanium as giving the Revuelto a sharper and more defined acoustic character, with the aim of making the car feel more alive rather than simply louder. The L545 V12 revs to its 9,250 rpm power peak, and the quad pipe layout and titanium construction are there to carry that range clearly.

Should a specialist install HYPR on a Revuelto?

Yes. The Revuelto is a hybrid with a high voltage system and three electric motors alongside the V12, and the rear of the car is tightly packaged around the engine and gearbox. An installer with Lamborghini hybrid experience will follow the correct safety procedures, align the tips between the taillights and check the system after its first heat cycle.

Description

RYFT HYPR Titanium Performance Exhaust for Lamborghini Revuelto

RYFT’s HYPR titanium performance exhaust for Lamborghini Revuelto cars is RYFT’s answer to the first hybrid V12 flagship from Sant’Agata, designed, tested and manufactured in the USA and made by hand in RYFT’s American facility. The Revuelto, project LB744, pairs a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 that peaks at 9,250 rpm with three electric motors for 1,015 PS combined, and Lamborghini placed its exhaust tips high, between the taillights. HYPR is for the owner who bought a Revuelto for the V12 and wants it to remain the loudest voice in the car.

Construction

HYPR is built from 100% titanium. Its collectors and tips are 3D printed in titanium, the pipes follow a mandrel-bent quad-pipe layout, and the system carries heat sinks. RYFT says the result improves exhaust flow, reduces weight and gives the V12 a sharper, more defined character. It is the more technical of RYFT’s two Revuelto exhausts and the one we would choose for a car kept as the centerpiece of a collection that is still driven.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
