Does the Rear Wing for Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica fit the STO or EVO?

No. RYFT lists the rear wing for Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica cars only. The STO carries its own taller rear wing and a roof snorkel, and the EVO family uses a different rear body without the Tecnica engine cover and vertical rear window, so RYFT does not offer this wing for either.

How does the RYFT wing relate to the factory Tecnica wing?

The Huracan Tecnica leaves the factory with a fixed rear wing, part of an aero package Lamborghini credits with 35 percent more rear downforce than the EVO RWD. RYFT lists its carbon fiber wing as the Tecnica rear wing, and Bulletproof Automotive confirms fitment details with RYFT before ordering, including the supports and hardware that come with it.

Who is the RYFT Tecnica rear wing best suited to?

The RYFT wing suits a Tecnica owner who drives mainly on the road and wants the rear to match RYFT carbon at the front and sides. For a car that sees regular track days, the factory fixed wing is the part Lamborghini developed for that balance, so track drivers should check the handling of the car after any change at the rear.

How do you protect a carbon rear wing from the sun?

The upper surface of a rear wing faces the sky all day, so UV is the main threat to its clear finish. A UV stable ceramic coating or paint protection film over the top surface helps, along with covered parking when possible. Wash with a pH neutral shampoo and remove insects from the leading edge promptly, before they etch the finish.

Is the RYFT wing worth fitting without other RYFT Tecnica parts?

Yes, for an owner who wants a visible change at the rear and nothing at the front. Paired with the RYFT rear diffuser, the wing gives the back of the Tecnica a complete carbon treatment, and the RYFT front splitter balances the look for owners who want both ends done.

Description

RYFT Carbon Fiber Rear Wing for Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica

RYFT’s carbon fiber rear wing for Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica cars is aimed at a car whose factory wing already does real work: Lamborghini fixed the Tecnica wing in place and credits its aero package with 35 percent more rear downforce than the EVO RWD. RYFT’s version carries the Sesto Elemento reference it uses for the whole Tecnica set to the tail, in 2×2 twill carbon. We see it as the finishing piece for a road-driven Tecnica; an owner who runs regular track days already has a factory wing developed for exactly that work.

Design

Lamborghini positioned the Tecnica between the EVO RWD and the track-focused STO, and its fixed wing reflects that brief, adding rear downforce while the car cuts drag by 20 percent against the EVO RWD. The STO goes further with a taller wing and a roof snorkel; the Tecnica keeps a cleaner tail with a vertical rear window and a carbon engine cover, and the RYFT wing adds visible carbon to that tail in a shape drawn in the same spirit as the RYFT splitter and diffuser.

Features

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
