What comes in the Stage 1 Power Package for B299 Ford Fiesta ST?

The Stage 1 Power Package for B299 Ford Fiesta ST contains the Ford Focus ST / Fiesta ST Accessport V3, part AP3-FOR-001, the Fiesta ST High Flow Filter, part 701110, and the Fiesta ST Rear Motor Mount, part 892010. No intake tube, intercooler or exhaust part is supplied.

Is the Fiesta ST Stage 1 package legal in California?

Yes. COBB lists California Air Resources Board Executive Order numbers D-660-6 and D-660-166 for this package, making it legal for sale and use on emissions controlled vehicles in all 50 states when installed in accordance with the COBB application guide.

Which Fiesta ST model years are covered?

COBB confirms the USDM Ford Fiesta ST from 2014 through 2019, the full US run of the B299 ST. No other Fiesta trim or market appears in the confirmed applications, so owners of imported cars should check with COBB before ordering.

Is the rear motor mount harsh at idle on a daily driven Fiesta?

No, not to the degree of a solid mount. COBB pairs a larger 68A durometer bushing with molded voids and a smaller 85A durometer bushing to absorb vibration while still limiting engine movement. Expect slightly more cabin feel than stock, without heavy buzzing.

Can the Stage 1 Power Package for B299 Ford Fiesta ST be returned to stock?

Yes. The Accessport V3 has an Uninstall option in the main menu that reverts the ECU to exactly how it was before flashing. The High Flow Filter and Rear Motor Mount bolt in, so the original filter and mount can go back on if they are kept.

Description

COBB Tuning Stage 1 Power Package for B299 Ford Fiesta ST

COBB Tuning’s Stage 1 Power Package for B299 Ford Fiesta ST groups three first changes for this hatch: an Accessport V3 to replace the timid factory calibration, a washable High Flow Filter, and a 6061 billet aluminum Rear Motor Mount. CARB Executive Orders D-660-6 and D-660-166 cover the package in all 50 states. It suits a stock ST; a car already wearing an intake or intercooler needs a matching map or a custom tune instead.

Tuning and Support

The Accessport V3 flashes a COBB Off-The-Shelf map and stores up to 100 maps, so the calibration can follow the build or carry a custom map from a COBB tuner. On the Fiesta it adds six-slot launch control, Flat Foot Shift holding engine speed between 3000 and 8000 RPM during manual gear changes, Map Slot switching without a reflash, and Burnout Mode. It also logs up to 10 hours of data.

Chassis and Airflow

Wheel hop on a front-drive hatch starts with the engine rocking on its mounts, and the Rear Motor Mount in the Stage 1 Power Package for B299 Ford Fiesta ST is there to stop it. Its billet body carries two bushings, 68A and 85A durometer, with voids molded into the larger one to keep idle vibration in check. The High Flow Filter uses woven cotton and metal mesh on a molded rubber base and drops into the factory airbox.

Features

Adjustable Traction Control slots 1-8 (must be enabled in the calibration)
Performance measuring for 0-60 mph and quarter mile times, plus a custom shift light
Washable, reusable High Flow Filter compatible with Accessport OTS maps
Machined billet aluminum Rear Motor Mount to improve traction and minimize wheel hop

About COBB Tuning

COBB Tuning was founded by Trey Cobb in 1999 in Rockwall, Texas, as a Subaru performance shop in the back of his father’s tire shop, and is now headquartered in Austin, Texas. In 2004 COBB introduced the Accessport, a handheld ECU tuning device that flashes COBB’s off-the-shelf maps or a custom tune and doubles as a real-time gauge and datalogger. The range has since grown from Subaru to Ford, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi and Toyota platforms, with intakes, intercoolers, exhausts and flex fuel kits engineered alongside the tuning, and many COBB parts carry California Air Resources Board Executive Order numbers for use in all 50 states.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. In short, prices may change without notice. It is always advised to give us a call prior to placing your order online to confirm availability and to confirm current pricing.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
