What is in the Stage 2 Silver Power Package?

The Stage 2 Silver Power Package contains four items: the Accessport V3 for the Raptor and Limited, the COBB Intake System with HCT and dual 3 inch aluminum tubes, the silver 7F2500-SL front mount intercooler, and a COBB vehicle badge. Every part needed for the Stage 2 hardware level is in one order.

How is this different from the No Intake version?

The No Intake version leaves out the COBB intake and keeps the factory airbox tubing, so it costs less. This full package adds the 7F2125 intake with dual 3 inch mandrel bent tubes. COBB lists different CARB Executive Order paperwork for the two versions, so check the EO numbers on each listing.

Does the package need a separate tune?

No. The Accessport V3 in the box flashes the engine computer with COBB Off The Shelf maps that follow the staged upgrade path, and it can also load a custom map from a COBB tuner. No other tuning device or software purchase is needed to run the intake and intercooler.

Is the package legal in California?

Yes. COBB states the package is legal for sale and use on emissions controlled vehicles in all 50 states because it holds CARB Executive Orders D-660-217 and D-660-245, provided it is installed in accordance with the COBB application guide. Keep the paperwork with the truck.

Will adaptive cruise control still work after the intercooler is fitted?

Yes. COBB states that the front mount intercooler installation maintains the factory Adaptive Cruise Control bracket when the stock bumper is used. Fitment does call for minor trimming on the back side of the grille. Trucks with an aftermarket bumper should be checked individually.

Description

COBB Tuning Stage 2 Silver Power Package with Front Mount Intercooler and Intake for P552 Ford F-150 Raptor and Limited

COBB Tuning’s Stage 2 Silver Power Package is the complete bolt-on set for the 2017-2020 F-150 Raptor and 2019-2020 F-150 Limited: an Accessport V3, the 7F2125 Intake System with HCT, and the silver 7F2500-SL front mount intercooler. The intake swaps the factory tubing after the airbox for dual 3 inch mandrel bent aluminum tubes, and the intercooler core is 24 x 14 x 3.5 inches. Buy this if you want both airflow parts at once and a bare aluminum look; if your truck already wears an intake, the No Intake version is the smarter spend. It carries CARB EO D-660-217 and D-660-245.

Intake and Intercooler

COBB designed the intake for the second generation Raptor with custom silicone couplers so the dual aluminum tubes seat like factory parts. Downstream, the silver front mount core in the Stage 2 Silver Power Package adds a large volume increase over stock with minimal pressure drop, and the install keeps the Adaptive Cruise Control bracket on trucks with the stock bumper.

About COBB Tuning

COBB Tuning was founded by Trey Cobb in 1999 in Rockwall, Texas, as a Subaru performance shop in the back of his father’s tire shop, and is now headquartered in Austin, Texas. In 2004 COBB introduced the Accessport, a handheld ECU tuning device that flashes COBB’s off-the-shelf maps or a custom tune and doubles as a real-time gauge and datalogger. The range has since grown from Subaru to Ford, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi and Toyota platforms, with intakes, intercoolers, exhausts and flex fuel kits engineered alongside the tuning, and many COBB parts carry California Air Resources Board Executive Order numbers for use in all 50 states.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. In short, prices may change without notice. It is always advised to give us a call prior to placing your order online to confirm availability and to confirm current pricing.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
