Endless Brake Pads for E30 BMW M3
Brake Pads for E30 M3 owners who drive, track or race the original M3, with Endless compounds from a clean road pad to MA45B at the rear.
Endless’s Brake Pads for E30 BMW M3 suit the original M3, built from 1986 to 1991 and sold in the US from 1988 with the 2.3-liter S14 four-cylinder. Its brakes are modest by modern standards, 280mm vented discs at the front and 282mm solid discs at the rear, so the pad compound does much of the work when the car is driven hard. Endless lists EIP016 for the front and EIP020 for the rear. For a collector car with occasional track days, MX72 Plus is our pick; a car that races needs a compound from the Racing Group.
An E30 M3 kept for weekend drives is best on SSM Plus, which leaves the wheels clean and the car quiet; Endless makes no SSS in EIP016 or EIP020. MX72 suits spirited road driving with an occasional track day, MX72 Plus suits regular track days on street tires, and CC-Rg suits a car on the circuit most months. A car built for historic or club racing belongs on the racing compounds, with MA45B available at the rear only because Endless does not price it for EIP016. W007 and W008 are left off because Endless designs both for carbon ceramic rotors, and the M3 runs iron rotors.
Every figure below is Endless’s own. Friction is the compound’s average friction coefficient, so a higher number gives more bite for the same pedal pressure. The rotor range is the band of rotor temperatures Endless designs the compound to work in, so choose by the temperatures your car will see.

Each option below is one choice in the Choose Compound menu. For a group, name your compound in the order notes and Bulletproof Automotive confirms it with your order. Every racing compound needs Endless’s bedding procedure: at 70 to 80 percent of normal pedal effort, bring the rotors gradually to 400C (752F), then let them cool below 150C (302F) before hard use.

Endless is a Japanese brake manufacturer that designs everything in-house and manufactures domestically in Japan, holding surface accuracy to 1/1000mm under strict quality control. The company developed its own laminated sintered wire-mesh backing plate and ceramic carbon rotors, and it proves its parts in competition, running its own factory motorsport program and supplying winning teams across Japanese and European racing. From pads and slit rotors to forged and monobloc calipers, brake fluid, and lines, Endless builds braking systems trusted on both street and circuit.
