Design and Performance

Compared with the standard car, HKS measured airflow directed far more effectively beneath the wing, creating a substantial low-pressure area and with it real downforce. The six-position angle-of-attack mechanism is what makes that usable across different circuits and different priorities: more angle for a technical layout that rewards rear grip, less for a track where straight-line speed decides the lap. HKS credits the combination with higher cornering speeds and more consistent lap times, which is the honest way to describe an aero part, since consistency is what a driver actually feels.
