The SOUL Performance C8 ZR1 exhaust is a full 3.5-inch rear exhaust system engineered for the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 and ZR1X to increase flow beyond the factory neckdown and deliver real performance gains. On the SOUL development ZR1, upgrading to the full 3.5-inch rear exhaust brought max power to 1,033 whp and 839 ft-lbs of torque. Each system is built in-house from mandrel-bent 0.065-inch T304L stainless steel with a next-generation metal 3D-printed 316L tip outlet for optimum flow, stainless steel brackets and wiring harness extensions to mount the factory electronic exhaust valves to the transmission, and no check engine lights.

Dyno Proven Power

On the SOUL development ZR1 with SOUL downpipes alone, max power crested 1,025whp and 824ft-lbs of torque. Adding the SOUL C8 ZR1 exhaust in full 3.5-inch design, without the factory neckdown to the downpipes, brought max power to 1,033whp and 839ft-lbs of torque. While most of the power gains on the ZR1 come from upgrading the downpipes, increasing the flow of the rear exhaust system adds power and response from around 4,000 RPM through to redline.

Hand-Crafted Construction

Each system is built from mandrel-bent 0.065-inch T304L stainless steel tubing. Using next-generation metal 3D printing technology, SOUL engineered a 316L tip outlet to deliver optimum flow into the bumper-mounted tips. Back-purged TIG welding ensures proper weld penetration for exceptional strength and longevity. Water-jet-cut flanges and brackets are manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 standards with tolerances of +/- 0.003 inches for extreme precision. Thick-gauge aluminum fixtures act as heat sinks during welding to prevent warpage.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse.
