REDSTAR EXHAUST Ferrari Purosangue Downpipes are precision-engineered for Ferrari’s flagship V12 SUV to slash exhaust restriction and unlock the full character of the 6.5L naturally-aspirated V12. Hand-built and TIG-welded from 2.0mm wall 304 stainless steel, they deliver measurable performance gains, sharper throttle response, and a raw, race-bred exhaust note worthy of the Purosangue’s pedigree. Engineered for a direct OEM-style fit with full bracket and mount coverage, they reduce significant weight while elevating sound, power, and driving excitement.

Will I get a check engine light with the Race version? Without proper tuning, yes. The high-flow catted version (HJS HD 200cpsi 143mm) paired with an appropriate tune will dramatically reduce the likelihood of a CEL, but no aftermarket downpipe can guarantee a CEL-free outcome.
Is tuning required? While it may not be necessary to tune the vehicle for catted applications, it is a good idea to always tune your vehicle when a significant modification to the exhaust (such as downpipes) is performed to ensure optimum power gains and drivability.
How much power will I gain? Power gains depend on version choice, tune, and supporting modifications. The Race version paired with a custom tune typically shows meaningful gains across the rev range. The HJS catted version trades a small amount of peak gain for street-legal compliance where applicable.
What is the HJS HD 200cpsi catalyst? Made in Germany by HJS Emission Technology, the HD 200cpsi cat features triple foil winding and a brazing stripe that locks the core into the shell. It delivers flow numbers close to straight pipe while meeting Euro 6 emissions standards.
What is the Inconel upgrade? Inconel is a nickel-chromium-based superalloy with superior heat resistance compared to 304 stainless. For sustained track use or extreme thermal loads, the Inconel upgrade improves longevity and resistance to discoloration. Carries an upcharge; contact us for pricing.
Do I need the OPF Delete add-on? OPF (Otto Particle Filter) status varies by vehicle and market. Contact us before checkout with your VIN and we will confirm whether the OPF section applies to your specific build.
What is the heat shielding? RedStar’s signature OE-style heat shield uses a ceramic inner liner inside an embossed foil wrap. It reduces radiant heat from the exhaust pipes by 70 to 80%, much more effective than a basic thermal wrap or ceramic coating.
What is the lead time? RedStar products are hand-built per order. Contact us for current lead time after we receive your build sheet.
Is this legal for street use? No. RedStar sells this product for off-road / motorsport / closed-course use only across all versions.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less.
