Lowering an xDrive F2x or F3x BMW introduces the same front geometry problems it does on any platform; camber goes negative faster than the factory eccentric can chase it, the roll center drops further below the center of gravity and increases body roll, and tire outer shoulders start wearing unevenly because the contact patch is no longer optimized for how the car is being loaded. What makes the xDrive situation distinct is that the front lower control arm uses a different OEM specification from the RWD version, which means a different arm is needed to address these geometry problems on the AWD platform. The SPL FLCA F3X IX is that arm. Engineered specifically for the xDrive F2x and F3x front subframe geometry, it provides three independent front geometry adjustments in one arm. Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse.
