Brixton Forged Aerotech Series FDE11 Wheel

Both the faces and rim halves on the Aerotech’s 3-piece forged base are machined from APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, and the bolt-on Vented Disc is where the build direction opens up. In standard 1-piece form it brings the total construction to 4-piece; choosing the 2-piece version steps it to 5-piece and allows independent finish specification across each section, something the single-piece disc doesn’t support. Both configurations cover standard and premium powder-coat colors as well as Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber in gloss or satin clear. The Blind Vented Ring flush mount system and directionally vented flange keep the visual language of the series intact across both builds, while backpad pocketing and water channeling handle unsprung mass and rotational inertia. Each wheel is validated to a 750kg minimum load rating against TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards, with stainless and PVD titanium hardware, centerlock compatibility, OEM TPMS fitment, and a lifetime structural production warranty included as standard.

Vented Ring & Aero Ring Options

• The Vented Disc is where the Aerotech Series establishes its functional and visual identity. It bolts directly to the 3-piece forged base and uses directional venting to push airflow toward the brake components; on platforms where brake temperatures under sustained load have a measurable effect on how the car performs, that design decision carries real purpose. The 1-piece disc presents as a single finished surface, while the 2-piece version breaks into independently finished sections for builds where that degree of specification matters. The finish range is consistent across both; standard and premium powder-coat colors, Classic Twill, and Forged Carbon fiber in gloss or satin clear.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is built for builds where color needs to pull specific design details away from the base finish. Epoxy accents can be applied to the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill locations per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with anything beyond that range available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog covers more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a structured and well-organized range to draw from across the full forged lineup.

Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
