Brixton Forged Aerotech Series FDE06 Wheel

The Aerotech’s 3-piece forged base uses APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum across both the faces and rim halves, and the bolt-on Vented Disc is where the configuration splits. The standard 1-piece disc takes the build to 4-piece; the 2-piece version brings it to 5-piece and makes independent finish specification across each section possible, which the single-piece disc doesn’t allow. Finish options across both span standard and premium powder-coat colors as well as Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber in gloss or satin clear. Each wheel is CNC machined to order per application, with the Blind Vented Ring flush mount system and directionally vented flange holding the visual consistency of the series together across both configurations. Backpad pocketing and water channeling manage unsprung mass and rotational inertia, and every wheel is validated to a 750kg minimum load rating meeting TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards. Stainless and PVD titanium hardware, centerlock compatibility, OEM TPMS fitment, and a lifetime structural production warranty are all standard across the lineup.

Vented Ring & Aero Ring Options

• The Vented Disc is the functional and visual anchor of the Aerotech Series. Bolted directly to the 3-piece forged base, its directional venting moves airflow toward the brake components; on platforms where brake temperatures under sustained load affect how the car handles and stops, that’s a purposeful engineering decision rather than a styling choice. The 1-piece disc is a single finished surface. The 2-piece version separates into independently finished sections for builds where finish-level control at that detail is part of the brief. The finish range runs the same across both; standard and premium powder-coat colors, Classic Twill, and Forged Carbon fiber in gloss or satin clear.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where specific design elements need color to separate from the base finish. Epoxy accents can be placed on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill locations per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors run Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with anything outside that range available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog spans more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a well-organized range to work from across the full forged lineup.

Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
