Brixton Forged AERO1 Series TR19 Wheel

The Brixton Forged AERO1 Series applies the vented construction principles of the Aerotech to a 1-piece vented monoblock forged from APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, with a deep concave profile that defines the series from one model to the next. The outer lip venting is forged in as part of the single-piece construction and can be masked off and finished in a color separate from the main face, making a clean 2-tone result achievable on a monoblock without any of the added complexity a multi-piece format brings. Each model is built to order per application through custom CNC machining, available in centerlock and 5-lug configurations from 18 to 24 inches. Backpad pocketing keeps unsprung mass and rotational inertia managed, every wheel is tested to a 750kg minimum load rating meeting TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards, and a lifetime structural production warranty is included across the lineup.

Vented Section Options

• The vented outer lip is finished as a separate surface from the main wheel face by masking it off during the finishing process, with standard and premium powder-coat colors available to either contrast or flow naturally from the base finish.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program gives buyers a way to introduce color into specific design details that would otherwise sit as part of the base finish. Epoxy accents can be applied to the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill instances per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog covers more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a structured and practical range to work from across the full forged wheel lineup.

    • Premium transparent finishes are built over a ceramic-polished aluminum base with multiple layers of transparent high-grade powder coat applied in sequence to develop a surface depth that single-stage finishing doesn’t produce. Brushed finishes start from a different point, opening with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat seals the grain and holds the handworked surface quality in place. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized. The Bulletproof Team will serve as your concierge throughout the entire process to ensure you get the perfect wheel for your application.
• Standard PCD center caps are not available in any PCD lower than 100mm, OEM center cap adapters may be required
