Brixton Forged AERO1 Series TR14 Wheel

The Brixton Forged AERO1 Series takes the vented construction thinking behind the Aerotech and executes it as a 1-piece vented monoblock, forged from APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum with a deep concave profile consistent across every model. The outer lip venting is part of the forging itself and can be masked off and painted in a separate color during finishing, producing a 2-tone result on a single-piece construction without the added complexity that a multi-piece format would require. Each model is available in centerlock and 5-lug configurations from 18 to 24 inches, built to order per application through custom CNC machining. Backpad pocketing addresses unsprung mass and rotational inertia, every wheel is tested to a 750kg minimum load rating satisfying TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards, and a lifetime structural production warranty covers every build.

Vented Section Options

• The vented outer lip is masked during finishing and painted as a surface independent from the main wheel face, with standard and premium powder-coat colors available to either contrast the base finish or extend it naturally depending on the build direction.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where specific design details need color to pull away from the base finish and read on their own terms. Epoxy accents can be placed on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill instances per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

Finishing Options

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog covers more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a structured range that covers the practical requirements of most builds across the full forged wheel lineup.

    • Premium transparent finishes are developed over a ceramic-polished aluminum base with multiple transparent high-grade powder coat layers building up a surface depth that single-stage finishing doesn’t reach. Brushed finishes begin differently, with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum as the starting point before a transparent coat is applied to seal the grain and preserve the handworked surface quality. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized. The Bulletproof Team will serve as your concierge throughout the entire process to ensure you get the perfect wheel for your application.
• Standard PCD center caps are not available in any PCD lower than 100mm, OEM center cap adapters may be required
