Brixton Forged AERO1 Series TR08 Wheel

The Brixton Forged AERO1 Series takes the vented construction philosophy of the Aerotech and delivers it through a 1-piece vented monoblock forged from APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, carrying a deep concave profile across every model in the lineup. The vented outer lip is part of the forging rather than a secondary component, and can be masked and painted as a separate color for builds targeting a 2-tone result without the added variables that a multi-piece construction introduces. Each model is built to order per application through custom CNC machining, available in centerlock and 5-lug configurations from 18 to 24 inches. Backpad pocketing addresses unsprung mass and rotational inertia, and every wheel is tested to a 750kg minimum load rating meeting TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards, with a lifetime structural production warranty included.

Vented Section Options

• The vented outer lip can be masked and painted as a finish independent from the main wheel face, with standard and premium powder-coat colors available to run either in contrast or in continuity with the base finish.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where select design details need color contrast to pull away from the base finish. Epoxy accents can be applied to the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill instances per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

Finishing Options

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog runs past 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a structured and practical range to draw from across the full forged wheel lineup.

    • Premium transparent finishes are built over a ceramic-polished aluminum base with multiple layers of transparent high-grade powder coat applied progressively to develop surface depth and clarity. Brushed finishes begin with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat locks in the grain and preserves the handworked quality of the surface. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized. The Bulletproof Team will serve as your concierge throughout the entire process to ensure you get the perfect wheel for your application.
• Standard PCD center caps are not available in any PCD lower than 100mm, OEM center cap adapters may be required
