Brixton Forged Aerotech Series PF13-RS Wheel

The Brixton Forged Aerotech Series begins with a 3-piece forged aluminum base constructed from APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade faces and rim halves, with the bolt-on Vented Disc responsible for the move to 4-piece in its standard 1-piece form. Selecting the 2-piece Vented Disc brings the total construction to 5-piece, treating the disc and inner aero ring as individually finished components rather than a single unified surface. The Vented Disc is available in standard and premium powder-coat colors as well as Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear. Every wheel is built to order per application through custom CNC machining, with the Blind Vented Ring flush mount system and directionally vented flange giving the series its visual consistency across both configurations. Backpad pocketing and water channeling address unsprung mass and rotational inertia, and every wheel is tested to a 750kg minimum load rating satisfying TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards. Stainless and PVD titanium hardware options, centerlock compatibility, OEM TPMS fitment, and a lifetime structural production warranty complete the lineup.

Vented Ring & Aero Ring Options

• The Vented Disc is what the Aerotech is built around, both in terms of what it looks like and what it contributes on a performance level. Directional venting engineered into the disc channels airflow toward the brake components on high-performance platforms where managing brake heat under sustained load has measurable consequences. The 1-piece configuration handles the disc as a single finished surface, while the 2-piece version gives the disc and inner aero ring independent finish specifications for builds where that degree of control matters from the start. Both configurations are available in standard and premium powder-coat colors, with Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear across both.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where specific design details need color contrast to read separately from the base finish. Epoxy accents can be applied to the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill applications per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog runs past 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a structured and practical range to draw from across the full forged wheel lineup.

    • Premium transparent finishes are built over a ceramic-polished aluminum base with multiple transparent high-grade powder coat layers applied progressively to develop surface depth and clarity that single-stage finishing doesn’t produce. Brushed finishes start from a different point, opening with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat locks the grain in place and preserves the handworked character of the surface. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
