Brixton Forged Aerotech Series TR11 Wheel

The Brixton Forged Aerotech Series is anchored by a 3-piece forged aluminum base built from APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade faces and rim halves, with the bolt-on Vented Disc bringing the piece count to 4 in its standard 1-piece form. Specifying the 2-piece Vented Disc takes the construction to 5-piece and opens up independent finish control across the disc and inner aero ring that the 1-piece version doesn’t make possible. The Vented Disc is available in standard and premium powder-coat colors as well as Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear. Every wheel is built to order per application through custom CNC machining, with the Blind Vented Ring flush mount system and directionally vented flange holding the visual identity of the series together across both configurations. Backpad pocketing and water channeling manage unsprung mass and rotational inertia, and every wheel is validated to a 750kg minimum load rating against TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards. Stainless and PVD titanium hardware options, centerlock compatibility, OEM TPMS fitment, and a lifetime structural production warranty come standard across the lineup.

Vented Ring & Aero Ring Options

• The Vented Disc is central to the Aerotech’s identity on both a functional and visual level, bolting to the 3-piece forged base and directing airflow toward the brake components through purposeful directional venting on platforms where brake heat under sustained load is a genuine performance variable. The 1-piece configuration finishes the disc as a single unified surface, while the 2-piece version treats the disc and inner aero ring as independently finished components for builds where that granularity is built into the specification from the start. Standard and premium powder-coat colors are available across both, with Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear rounding out the range.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program gives buyers a way to bring color into specific design details that would otherwise read as part of the base finish. Epoxy accents can be placed on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill applications per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog runs past 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a structured and practical range to draw from across the full forged wheel lineup.

Brushed finishes open with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat is applied to lock in the grain and hold the handworked surface quality intact. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
