Brixton Forged Aerotech Series TR10 Wheel

The Brixton Forged Aerotech Series starts from a 3-piece forged aluminum base built with APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade faces and rim halves, with the bolt-on Vented Disc taking the construction to 4-piece in its standard 1-piece form. Selecting the 2-piece Vented Disc steps the build up to 5-piece, giving buyers a level of finish and customization control over the disc that the 1-piece configuration doesn’t provide. The Vented Disc is available in standard and premium powder-coat colors as well as Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear. Every wheel is built to order per application through custom CNC machining, with the Blind Vented Ring flush mount system and directionally vented flange carrying the visual consistency of the series across both configurations. Backpad pocketing and water channeling keep unsprung mass and rotational inertia managed, and every wheel is tested to a 750kg minimum load rating satisfying TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards. Stainless and PVD titanium hardware options, centerlock compatibility, OEM TPMS fitment, and a lifetime structural production warranty are standard across the lineup.

Vented Ring & Aero Ring Options

• The Vented Disc is what gives the Aerotech both its functional purpose and its visual character, attaching to the 3-piece forged base and using directional venting to actively channel airflow toward the brake components on high-performance platforms where heat management under sustained load matters. The 1-piece configuration presents the disc as a single unified finish, while the 2-piece version breaks the disc and inner aero ring into independently finished components for builds where that degree of control is part of the specification. Standard and premium powder-coat colors are available across both configurations, alongside Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where specific design details need color to separate from the surrounding base finish. Epoxy accents can be placed on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill applications per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog covers more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a well-organized and practical range to work from across the full forged wheel lineup.

Brushed finishes take a different path, opening with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat seals the grain and preserves the handworked surface quality. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
