Brixton Forged Aerotech Series TR07 Wheel

The Brixton Forged Aerotech Series is built from a 3-piece forged aluminum foundation using APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade faces and rim halves, with the bolt-on Vented Disc accounting for the 4-piece designation in its standard 1-piece form. Selecting the 2-piece Vented Disc brings the construction to 5-piece and introduces independent finish control across the disc that the 1-piece version doesn’t allow. Both configurations are available in standard and premium powder-coat colors as well as Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear. Each wheel is built to order per application through custom CNC machining, with the Blind Vented Ring flush mount system and directionally vented flange maintaining the visual character of the series across both configurations. Backpad pocketing and water channeling manage unsprung mass and rotational inertia, and every wheel is validated to a 750kg minimum load rating meeting TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards. Stainless and PVD titanium hardware options, centerlock compatibility, OEM TPMS fitment, and a lifetime structural production warranty are included as standard across the lineup.

Vented Ring & Aero Ring Options

• The Vented Disc sits at the core of what makes the Aerotech distinctive, bolting to the 3-piece forged base and using directional venting to move airflow toward the brake components on platforms where heat management under hard driving conditions has real consequences. The 1-piece configuration finishes the disc as a unified surface, while the 2-piece version separates the disc and inner aero ring into individually finished components for builds where that level of control is part of the specification from the start. Standard and premium powder-coat colors are available across both, with Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear rounding out the finish range.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where specific design details need color separation from the base finish to read properly. Epoxy accents can be applied to the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill applications per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog extends past 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a structured range that covers what the full spectrum of builds is working with.

    • Premium transparent finishes are built from a ceramic-polished aluminum base upward through multiple layers of transparent high-grade powder coat, with each pass contributing to a surface depth that single-stage finishing doesn’t produce. Brushed finishes take a different starting point, opening with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat locks the grain in place and preserves the handworked surface character. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
