Brixton Forged Carbon+ Series FDE03 Wheel

The Brixton Forged Carbon+ Series was designed for owners who understand that on a supercar or hypercar, unsprung weight isn’t an abstract concern. APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade forged aluminum faces are combined with DYMAG Boxstrom BX-F carbon fiber barrels and RAU titanium assembly hardware to produce a construction that runs roughly 25% lighter than an all-aluminum equivalent. The multi-piece format preserves the fitment and offset flexibility that a one-piece carbon wheel gives up, which broadens the range of platforms the series works on without compromising the performance case. Testing on both track and road use on supercar and hypercar platforms has validated the construction throughout.

Weight Comparison

• DYMAG approaches wheel engineering from the perspective of what actually happens at the limit of acceleration, braking, and handling, and the carbon fiber barrels are built to reflect that. Running up to 40% lighter than cast aluminum and 20% lighter than forged aluminum, the weight reduction is significant enough to be felt in how the car responds. Hardware Options

• Carbon+ 2-piece wheels are configured exclusively with fully exposed hardware, with titanium assembly hardware used throughout in place of the stainless steel that most other applications rely on. The switch to titanium isn’t purely visual; the weight advantage over stainless is meaningful on a wheel that was spec’d around performance from the start.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• The Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where select design details need color to read separately from the base finish. Epoxy accents can be placed on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill instances per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors include Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog runs past 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, covering the practical range of what most builds are working with across the full forged wheel lineup.

    • Premium transparent finishes are developed over a ceramic-polished aluminum base with successive layers of transparent high-grade powder coat building up a surface depth that a single coat can’t replicate. Brushed finishes take a different starting point, opening with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat is applied to lock in the grain and hold the handworked surface quality in place. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
