Brixton Forged RS Series PF15-R Ultrasport+ Wheel

Unsprung weight is one of the few areas where a wheel upgrade delivers a change you can actually measure, and the Brixton Forged RS Series is built around that principle using 1-piece UltraSport+ forged construction, 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, and a TUV rating that makes it a credible choice for track environments. RS Line grooves machined into the outer lip define the series across every model, a detail that comes from the machining process itself rather than any surface treatment. Lightweight forging profiles and precision surface milling work through each RS Series fitment to sharpen cornering response, improve overall performance, and pull stopping distances down on platforms that are built to respond to the difference. • Brixton Forged’s original center-cap options cover all standard 5 and 6-lug PCD applications, making fitment across the most widely used vehicle platforms straightforward without any custom work involved.

RS Line Fill and Text / Groove Fill Options

• The RS Series carries two color accent programs that operate differently and target different parts of the wheel. RS Line Fill is built specifically for this series, running painted accents through the five signature groove lines on the outer spoke lip to add contrast and define the spoke shape more clearly. Text and Groove Fill works across a broader set of locations, applying epoxy accents to the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spoke details, with 7 to 8 fill instances available per wheel based on the design. Both programs use the same standard color range: Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with additional colors available on request.

Finishing Options

• Brixton Forged carries more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote finishes across their forged wheel lineup, split across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories to cover the practical range of what most builds are actually asking for.

  • Premium Colors: Transparent clear hues over brushed or polished aluminum
    • Premium transparent finishes are constructed over a ceramic-polished aluminum base, with multiple transparent powder coat layers applied in sequence to build surface depth that a single coat can’t replicate. Brushed finishes take a different starting point, with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum as the foundation before a transparent coat is applied to preserve the grain and hold the hand-worked character of the surface. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish categories.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized. The Bulletproof Team will serve as your concierge throughout the entire process to ensure you get the perfect wheel for your application.
• Standard PCD center caps are not available in any PCD lower than 100mm, OEM center cap adapters may be required
• If the RS Line and Text / Groove Fill option is selected, a Bulletproof Automotive Wheel Specialist will reach out to you to go over options. Please note, 7-8 fill instances are available per wheel; all color options are available.
