Forged from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum and TUV rated, the Brixton Forged RS Series is a 1-piece UltraSport+ wheel engineered to meet the real demands of track and high-performance street use. The RS Line grooves machined into the outer lip are the defining visual signature of the series, setting it apart from the rest of Brixton’s lineup at a glance. Brixton balances lightweight forging profiles with precision surface milling across every model, producing a wheel that improves cornering response, raises overall performance, and cuts stopping distances. RS Line Fill and Text / Groove Fill Options

• Brixton Forged RS Line Fill and Text / Groove Fill options add painted or epoxy color accents to select design details for a more customized final finish. Each RS Series wheel includes five signature groove lines on the outer lip of the spokes that can be painted with the RS Line Fill option to create added contrast and definition. Text and Groove Fill options bring epoxy color to the Brixton logo, wheel name, wheel series name, and other wheel-specific grooves or spoke details, with 7-8 fill instances available per wheel depending on the design. Standard color options include Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, while additional colors are available by request.

• Brixton Forged offers a finish program with more than 6,000 powder coat and Cerakote options, including a curated selection of solid opaque colors, textured finishes, and premium transparent clear choices across their forged wheel lineup.

    • Brixton Forged premium finishes begin with ceramic-polished aluminum and are built up with multiple layers of transparent powder coat to enhance depth and clarity. Brushed finishes start with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum and are sealed with transparent powder coat to preserve the grain for a detailed, handcrafted look. Available options include Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized. The Bulletproof Team will serve as your concierge throughout the entire process to ensure you get the perfect wheel for your application.
• Standard PCD center caps are not available in any PCD lower than 100mm, OEM center cap adapters may be required
• If the RS Line and Text / Groove Fill option is selected, a Bulletproof Automotive Wheel Specialist will reach out to you to go over options. Please note, 7-8 fill instances are available per wheel; all color options are available.
