SOUL Performance engineered the Sport Package for the Porsche 718 GT4 Clubsport (2019+) as a complete, track-ready exhaust solution that combines two proven upgrades into one cohesive system, delivering a major improvement in sound, flow, and true dual-mode control. Built around SOUL’s bespoke X-pipe-based Valved Exhaust design, valves-open operation merges exhaust flow for a smoother, higher-pitched, GT3-like character with a stronger presence, while valves-closed mode routes through a secondary path and purpose-built muffler to noticeably reduce exterior volume for stricter tracks without stripping the car’s personality. Designed specifically for the 718 GT4 Clubsport and supplied with the required mounting kit, the package offers approximately an 11lb (4.9kg) weight savings versus OEM and is manufactured in-house in Willow Grove, PA. Constructed from mandrel-bent, thick-wall .065-inch T304L stainless steel with back-purged TIG welding and precision-cut flanges, it is built to handle repeated heat cycles and hard driving with long-term reliability. Configured with Dual Wall tips and with the optional SOUL Valve Controller Kit, the system adds convenient on-demand valve control to override factory programming when desired, and it is backed by SOUL Performance’s lifetime warranty for both street and track use.

Research and Development

Construction

• SOUL Performance assembles each system in-house in the USA using mandrel-bent, thick-wall 0.065-inch T304L stainless steel. Back-purged TIG welding with ARCAL Prime argon gas is used to ensure proper weld penetration and long-term durability. Waterjet-cut flanges are produced to ISO 9001:2015 standards with tolerances of +/- 0.003 inches for exceptional precision. Each exhaust is fabricated in thick-gauge aluminum fixtures that act as effective heat sinks during welding to prevent warping of both the components and the fixtures, helping ensure consistent, precise fitment.
