RAYS introduces the Volk Racing G025GC — engineered to deliver uncompromising strength and rigidity for today’s heaviest, largest-fitment vehicles. True to Volk Racing’s ethos of purposeful lines and function-driven shapes, the G025GC marries real-world performance needs with a striking, emotionally charged form factor. To elevate the original G025 for greater load demands, RAYS reworked the structure from the spokes outward. A wider, more rugged, and sharply defined spoke cross-section emphasizes depth and edge while increasing stiffness. Leveraging advanced structural analysis, the signature weight-relief apertures are substantially enlarged versus the base G025, with minimal reduction to the spoke side surfaces — achieving notable mass optimization without compromising durability. The result is a forged wheel that carries Volk Racing’s distinctive detailing and G-Series character, now reinforced to confidently support heavyweight applications.

Weightless Hole

• RAYS / Volk Racing identifies the expanded center ‘weightless hole’ as a hallmark of its Zero Series lineage, originating with the TE037. Optimized for heavier vehicles and larger diameters, the G025GC employs structural analysis to substantially increase this aperture versus the base G025 while limiting side-surface reduction to preserve strength.

A.M.T. Machining

• Within the barrel’s undercut, RAYS’ patented A.M.T. machining engraves clean, precise lettering. The understated typeface lends a composed, sophisticated impression.

Disk Design

• Recognizing the demands of heavier applications, the lineup includes two distinct face profiles. Each face design is selected to harmonize with specific vehicle types for an ideal aesthetic and fit.

Center Caps
