Remaining faithful to the G-Series heritage, each curve is informed by structural analysis from RAYS Engineering, enabling the use of exceptionally slim 5mm spokes (compared to the typical ~6.5mm) without sacrificing integrity. The result is a lightweight, sophisticated forged wheel engineered to handle the demands of modern high-powered vehicles, delivering a crisp, motorsport-inspired driving feel honed by RAYS’ in-house racing development. Design elements include a universal 2×5 spoke configuration, with each bolt hole positioned directly on the spoke — rather than in between — and weight-saving pockets carved adjacent to the bolt holes and at the spoke roots, all precisely machined via 5-axis processing. A new spoke profile — distinct from the G25 and G16 — accommodates higher offsets and large brake systems, introducing a striking concave silhouette with a clear motorsport influence. The G025 is offered in four face profiles, allowing tailored fitment and stance for a wide array of applications.
