RAYS carries forward the TE37 legacy with a reimagined design that upholds the performance heritage of the series. Launched in early 2020, the TE37 Saga SL initiative progressed in parallel with the final development stages of the TE37 Saga S-Plus, with prototypes surpassing benchmark standards. After passing extensive vehicle evaluations — including a victorious run in a 24-hour Super Taikyu Series race — RAYS advanced to full-scale development. While the Saga S-Plus was tailored for Super Taikyu endurance racing with broad fitment options, the TE37 Saga SL was purpose-built to maintain the SL identity; lighter than standard variants, featuring the signature TE37 racing concave, and finished with diamond-cut details beneath a clear black coating. In alignment with the SL mission of uncompromised strength and weight savings, RAYS redesigned the TE37 SL with focused intent. The result captures the bold character, distinct aura, and elevated performance that owners recognize the moment the wheels are installed. Proof of Lightweight Design

• Diamond-cut machining at the hub bore and rim flange reduces weight in precisely engineered locations, confirmed through detailed structural analysis to maintain strength integrity. A newly contoured bolt-hole design with dual action lines adds visual depth and now accommodates a center cap. The flange profile is also reshaped, staying true to the goal of improving both strength and lightness over earlier designs.

Racing Concave

• To meet the needs of modern applications, three unique concave profiles — FACE-3 through FACE-5 — are available, distinct from those on the Saga S-Plus. Each face is sculpted to enhance the TE37 Saga SL’s aggressive, purposeful aesthetic.

Spoke Sticker

• The SL-series’ signature spoke decal has been refreshed to a new three-segment format, debuting a dedicated logo for the Saga SL. Printed on RAYS’ exclusive heat-resistant film, the decal features outline lettering to reveal the wheel’s base color and includes an added laminate for a refined, high-spec finish.

Knurling Finish

• For today’s ultra-high-performance tires and powerful vehicles, the TE37 Saga SL incorporates a knurled bead seat. This feature reduces the risk of tire slippage on the rim, preserving traction and balance under extreme loads.

Standard, Special, and Hyper Colors

• RAYS introduced the TE37 Saga SL in the hallmark Pressed Graphite finish. For 18-inch sizes, the palette expands to include special colors and multiple hyper-color options.
