Eventuri Carbon Intake System for XP210 Toyota GR Yaris [EVE-GR4-CFM-INT/EVE-GR4-CF-INT]

Eventuri develops the GR Yaris intake through extensive temperature logging, flow measurement, and dyno testing, prioritizing heat management and volume for the turbocharged platform. The system is engineered to deliver the highest possible flow while maintaining the lowest feasible intake temperatures, with each component shaping a smooth, free-flowing path to the turbo. By sealing the system and increasing internal volume, the design lowers IATs versus the OEM airbox, reduces pressure drop and pumping losses, and enables the turbo to operate more efficiently reaching peak boost sooner for a net performance gain. A bespoke filter 210 mm (8.3″) in outer diameter with over 130,000mm² of surface area pairs with Eventuri’s patented Venturi housing, sized for maximum internal volume within the GR Yaris engine bay to provide laminar flow into the turbo tube. The Eventuri Difference: Unlike conventional cone-and-shield arrangements, the patented carbon fiber housing creates an aerodynamically efficient, Venturi-driven flow path that preserves laminar conditions and reduces drag on the turbo. FILTER HOUSING ASSEMBLY

  • Eventuri’s filter housing integrates the Generation 2 bespoke filter, an aluminum inlet cowl, a stainless-steel bracket, and an integrated MAF section. The carbon pod encloses the reverse-mounted filter and contours airflow directly into the MAF, then to the rear inlet tube eliminating the OEM airbox’s two abrupt 90° direction changes. This more direct, smoothly guided path reduces drag from the filter to the turbo inlet, allowing the turbo to operate more efficiently.

BESPOKE CONE FILTER

  • To achieve the highest possible flow, Eventuri specifies its largest filter 210mm (8.3″) outer diameter—which, when paired with a 4″ housing opening, has been independently flow tested at up to 940 CFM @ 28″ H₂O. The ISO-validated, dry filtration medium meets OEM-level standards, and the element incorporates Eventuri’s signature flow cones to support the Venturi housing principle for accelerated, laminar airflow.

PATENTED TECHNOLOGY

  • Eventuri’s patented housing tapers with a smooth reduction in cross-section as it shrouds the filter and transitions into the tubing, invoking the Venturi effect to accelerate airflow while maintaining laminar conditions. Functioning like a large velocity stack, the architecture paired with Eventuri’s bespoke filters promotes an even velocity profile at the housing exit. CARBON DUCT

  • Eventuri’s duct supplies the filter housing with ambient air sourced from the front bumper / grille area. Volume is preserved to the foremost section of the engine bay, and the front face is de-restricted via an added opening just behind the bumper, an area that remains near ambient while the vehicle is in motion—so the system is not limited to the small grille aperture. The duct is not extended to the opposite grille opening due to the abrupt flow angle, tight packaging near the bonnet catch, and the need to allow cold air into the bay to mitigate heat soak. An expanding rubber interface seals the duct to the filter housing, accommodating engine movement while preventing hot air ingress.

REAR TUBE AND EPDM COUPLER

  • Eventuri finalizes the system with a redesigned rear inlet tube and a custom EPDM coupler. The OEM tube’s sharp internal bend can generate turbulence at high flow, so Eventuri profiles the new tube with a smoother radius that also optimizes the filter housing position. To withstand rear-of-engine temperatures, the tube is molded from a thermoplastic reinforced with glass fiber, and a CNC-machined reinforcement ring at the rear clamp point prevents distortion under heavy clamping loads mirroring OEM durability standards. A bespoke EPDM coupler links the tube to the filter housing, accommodating engine movement and vibration while maintaining a secure, airtight seal.

Dyno Testing

  • Eventuri’s GR Yaris intake has been independently validated by reputable tuners worldwide, with consistent results. At RaceCal (UK), back-to-back same day dyno testing was performed with the hood closed, multiple baseline runs on the OEM airbox were followed by runs with the Eventuri system. The data shows gains in torque and power across the entire rev range not just at peak delivering sharper response and quicker acceleration through the gears. Ambient conditions during testing were 11.9°C for the OEM airbox runs and 15.6°C for the Eventuri runs, reflecting normal dyno cell warm-up.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days.
