RAYS introduces a darker, more distinctive expression of the Volk Racing 21C with the 2025 Spec-PW, following the 2024 spec-SR. Honoring the brand’s historic cross-spoke mesh heritage while leveraging modern manufacturing, the 21C now debuts in Pressed Double Black — an evolution that sharpens and refines its presence while preserving the wheel’s contemporary engineering and classic Volk Racing character.

Dimple Design

• The dimpled spoke motif is a RAYS signature inherited from the Volk Racing Gr.C. Building on this hallmark, Volk Racing applies state-of-the-art design and analysis to evolve the concept, presenting the 21C as a new ‘C’ for the 21st century.

Bubble Back Processing

• Engineering attention extends to the reverse side of the spokes. The cross-section adopts a U shape, and the areas opposite each dimple are raised to preserve sectional thickness — delivering optimized strength and rigidity.

Rim & Face

• Five rim depths from S (39mm) to LLL (108mm) and three face designs with varying concavity are available. Executed as a forged one-piece with step-rim widths up to 12-inches, the 21C demonstrates what is achievable only through RAYS’ forging methodology.

A.M.T.

• ‘RAYS ENG. / FORGED / MADE IN JAPAN’ lettering is engraved on the center section using RAYS’ patented A.M.T. (advanced machining technology), underscoring the precision of the finish.

Pressed Double Black Color

• Black, a highly sought-after color in modern customization, is expressed in a striking bi-color execution. The disc is finished in black, while the rim receives a diamond-cut treatment followed by a black clear coat, emphasizing the dramatic rim depth and creating a seamless, unified look.
