Volk Racing TE37 Saga SL M-Spec Wheel

The Volk Racing TE37 Saga SL M-Spec is an overseas-exclusive wheel that builds upon the legacy of the original TE37 SL. This lightweight, single-piece forged wheel features a new design with a racing concave and a clear black finish. Key features include diamond-cut machining on the center hole and rim flanges for further weight reduction and a knurling finish on the bead seat to prevent tire slippage, ensuring stability with high-grip tires. The wheel also has Made in Japan letters machined using RAYS’ patented A.M.T. technology and comes with luminous accents, including three Luminous Spoke Stickers, while also allowing for the attachment of optional center caps.

Proof of Lightweight Design

• Diamond cut machining applied to the center hole area and the rim flanges contributes to reducing the weight of the wheel through elaborate strength analysis, which identified the areas that would not be affected by the machining. In addition, RAYS has renewed the hole shape to add two action lines for a deeper and more dynamic design, which also allows for the attachment of a center cap. Furthermore, the flange shape has been changed with the concept of being stronger and lighter than conventional products.

Knurling Finish

• Volk Racing understands the demands of high-grip tires on high-performance, high-power vehicles. To address this, the TE37 Saga SL employs a knurling finish on its bead seat to resist slippage between the tire and the wheel. This feature helps to minimize the loss of traction and any change in tire balance when significant traction occurs.
