The JCR Inconel Silencers for the 9YA / 9YB Porsche Cayenne GTS and Turbo are a direct replacement for the OEM downpipes, designed to save weight, improve sound, and deliver significant performance gains. Crafted from 100% Inconel 625, this system is available as either a Race Silenced version with a high-flow HJS 200-cell core or as a Silencer Delete version for maximum performance and sound. Both options come with high-quality Inconel heat shielding to manage temperatures and reduce radiant heat. The Silenced version saves over 7kg, while the Silencer Delete version saves over 9kg, with both guaranteed to increase horsepower and torque.

Version

• Race Silencers: JCR’s Inconel Race Silencers utilize a high-flow HJS 200-cell core. Flow is therefore greatly increased, and improved performance follows as a result. For cars with no OPF monitoring, JCR’s Race Silencers in most cases will not cause any CEL and do not require any tuning. In certain instances, it’s still possible for a CEL to occur. This tends to happen if the car has poor fuel quality in the tank or excess load is applied when the engine and exhaust system are not up to full operating temperature. With this in mind, JCR does not guarantee that there is no chance of a CEL with these parts installed.
• Silencer Deletes: With the JCR Inconel Silencer Deletes, the factory restrictive assembly is removed for maximum performance and sound. Rather than simply removing the cat from their Race Silencer products, JCR created an entirely new profile to correctly control the gasses from the turbo flange down to the main flow path to optimize performance.

Light Weight / Inconel 625 Construction

• Through the use of lightweight materials and clever design, JCR has managed to reduce the overall weight of the factory Cayenne downpipes by a significant amount. JCR’s Cayenne Downpipes are manufactured using Inconel 625 material, which not only performs extremely well in high heat applications but also has an extremely high tensile strength, allowing them to use thin wall thickness, thus reducing weight versus a stainless steel equivalent by up to 40%.

Direct Replacement

• All of the JCR 9Yx Cayenne 4.0 TT exhaust components are direct replacements for their OEM counterparts with a guaranteed perfect fit every time. No further work is required during installation beyond removing the OEM part and replacing it with its JCR equivalent and any supplied hardware.

Heat Management

• This product features the highest quality thermal protection as standard. The heat shielding JCR has selected is used in the highest levels of motorsport to control temperatures while protecting and dramatically reducing the effects of radiant heat into the surrounding areas.

Power Increase

• Every component of the JCR Titanium Exhaust line is guaranteed to improve horsepower and torque, with varying results dependent on the combination of parts. JCR’s most extreme free-flowing system will see gains in the mid-30 HP and TQ range with the stock ECU tune. Customers can also expect great improvements in overall engine response, transient throttle response, and boost building earlier in the RPM range.
