• AMS Performance’s Snailworks Engineering Team validated the Infiniti Q50 / Q60 80mm Air Intakes on a state-of-the-art MAF-based flowbench, instrumented with a MoTeC dash and datalogger to mirror real-world demand. Under identical conditions, the OEM intake showed roughly 1.9 psi of depression at about 560 WHP of airflow, while a leading competitor’s design offered only a modest improvement before hitting its own restriction. By contrast, the AMS 80mm system supported that same 560 WHP at just 1.0 psi of depression—nearly a full psi less than stock—and at equivalent pressure drops it flowed significantly higher than both OEM and competitor setups. Data confirms it as the largest and highest-flowing intake solution on the VR30 platform for maximum airflow and horsepower.
