The JCR Titanium Non-Silenced Link Pipes for the 982 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS and Spyder RS are precision-engineered to maximize exhaust flow and deliver an aggressive, race-inspired sound. Featuring Non-Silenced Sections, these link pipes are constructed entirely from lightweight titanium, eliminating the factory OPF components to reduce backpressure and shed significant weight for improved handling and response. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, they install seamlessly using the factory mounting points and supplied hardware. Direct Replacement / Modular Fitment

JCR Titanium Link Pipes are designed as a full direct replacement for the OEM 718 GT4 RS and Spyder RS OPF pipes (over-axle pipes / link pipes). No fabrication or additional parts are required; simply remove the factory link pipes and install the JCR Titanium Link Pipes. The modular design allows these link pipes to be adapted to different configurations by swapping individual components, which are available separately. Non-Silenced, Silenced, and Race-Silenced sections can be ordered independently, eliminating the need to purchase an entirely new system when adjusting for track noise regulations. JCR supplies all necessary hardware to ensure a straightforward, hassle-free installation.

Heat Management

Each JCR Link Pipe option is equipped with premium thermal protection as standard. The selected heat shielding is the same used in top-level motorsport, effectively controlling temperatures and significantly reducing radiant heat in surrounding areas. Thousands of on-track testing miles were conducted with and without thermal protection, consistently showing a 15-20°C reduction in inner rear tire temperatures. This decrease provides a real-world performance advantage and improved tire longevity compared to link pipes without thermal barriers.

Non-Silenced

This version of the 718 GT4 RS and Spyder RS Link Pipes is fully Non-Silenced. It represents the lightest and loudest configuration available in the JCR Titanium Link Pipe range.

Light Weight

Constructed entirely from titanium, JCR Titanium Link Pipes remove substantial weight from the factory exhaust system while increasing power and enhancing the exhaust note. The Non-Silenced version weighs just 4.20kg (9.26lbs), resulting in a total weight savings of 8.66kg (19.09lbs) over the OEM setup.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest.
